Old Friends

SHAWN POV

"Thanks for letting me stay the night Jack" I said setting my coffee down on the table.

"No problem, jack is out of town anyways so it is nice to have someone here to talk to" jack Johnson said

After I left Cams 'shoot' I needed some time away. So I headed to my old friend JJ's house to clear my head.

He and his Boyfriend jack, I know weird huh, live about an 1 hour from me and Cameron. Ugh. I can't think about about him right now but that's all I can think about.

Anyways JJ told me that Jack was in Atlanta meeting with some new producers. Both of them have music out but JJ stopped a few years ago to take care of something a little more important.

"Good morning daddy" said a little voice that belonged to Jack's son, Vince. JJ smiled as he went and picked up Vince.

"What are you doing up already?" JJ asked

"I was hungry. I want pancakes Daddy"
Vince said wiggling in his dad's arms.
This is so cute, I want this for myself and Cam.

"Well I can't make them if you won't let me put you down" JJ said trying to reason with Vince.

" fine, i will go to uncle shawn" Vince said pouting.

The brown haired boy came bouncing towards me. He was biologically Jack's but I think that's what makes JJ love him more, the fact that he looks like his father. i picked him up and set him on my knee facing me.

"Hey Shawn!" he said excitedly

"What's up lil buddy?"

"Nothin, I wanna go swimming. Come swimming with me!" He said standing up and heading towards the back door.

"You need to eat first" JJ butted in, setting Vince's plate on the table.

"Fine!" the little boy huffed.

After he ate he ran upstairs and came back down in swim trunks and JJ handed me a pair of trunks

"They are Jacks so they should fit" he said

"Thanks" I said heading to the bathroom and changing

We swam for awhile until Vince got tired. We changed and went to the living room to watch tv, and Vince soon fell asleep.

The front door opened and Jack came in, surprised to see me there.

"Hey man, whatcha doin here? is everything okay?" jack asked after giving me a quick hug.

"Me and Cam had a fight, well sort of"

"It's complicated man I get it. Alright well imma go surprise Jack. He doesn't think I will be home til tomorrow night."

He headed up the stairs and I sat back down and looked at me phone. 10 missed calls from cam and 15 texts. I turn off my phone and watch the mindless cartoons on.

Vince started to stir and yawned.

"I want ice cream!" he said instantly getting hyper. I wanted to the jacks alone time so I decided to take Vince out.

I first went upstairs to tell them that I was taking Vince out, but when I opened the bedroom door I was horrified by what I saw.

They were, you know.. Doing it.

"OMG! I am so sorry. I should have knocked. I'm going to take Vince out for ice cream. Have fun" I said turned around and shut the door.

"Let's go get ice cream!" I said and Vince hurried to the front door.
