I couldn't have been more right. Maths seemed like two hours instead of one. And maths was my last lesson. We were recovering percentages. So we we were copying from a sheet which pretty much no one did except the teachers pet.
The bell rang and Kaira ran through the door. We had arranged what time I was being picked up and what time I was being dropped off so Kaira didn't need to walk home with me. But I hitch my bag up my back and follow her with no emotion. I wasn't even a little bit excited, I think Kaira took any excitement I had.
I heard a group of laughter behind me. I don't glance behind I just carry on walking down the corridor until I reach the door to the outside world.
Its actually quite cool considering it is almost June.
I open my front door and rush up stairs to the bathroom to re-brush my teeth and re-wash my face. I go into my bedroom and stand there for a good ten minutes just trying to decide what to wear.
I pair a load of different... well, junk together.
Eventually I decide one my black disco pant with a baggy sixties style top. Obviously I would wear my white converse.
I pick up my make-up bag and go to the mirror.
I start with foundation and then create a smokey eye effect, paired with a dark red lipstick.
I move onto my hair. I tease all of my dark brown hair over to the left side of my head and then I neatly braid my hair over my shoulder. I make sure the the fish tail is perfect before I grab my leather jacket.
My phone flashes, a message from Kaira. She's outside.
I pick up my purple aztec bag and put in the essentials. Phone, purse, keys and earphones. My earphones were the most important.
I hear Kaira honk the car horn. I roll my eyes at her. I walk down stairs and through the door. I lock it and slowly run to her Honda Civic.
The door shuts and Kaira literally screams. The car radio is playing as loud as it can get.
"Oh my gosh!!!" She screeches and I smirk at her.
"Evening." I roll down the window just as the car hums to life.
"I'm actually going to see One Direction. Chummy this is going to be the best night ever." She sings along to a song.
The drive to the concert seems to go far to fast because we've already pulled up outside the arena. I know we're half an hour early just so that she might have a chance of meeting a band member.
Kaira quickly gets out of the car whilst I am a little bit more slower. She grins at me and claps her hands whilst jumping up and down. I laugh at her whilst shaking my head. I look at what she is wearing and she looks beautiful. She has a denim dress on with her tie-dye Vans. A loose white cardigan drapes over her shoulders along with her white saddle bag. Her lips a dark pink with several different brown eyeshadows.
"The doors are open. I'll meet at our seats whilst I try to find the boys." She explains and then she gasps. I raise an eyebrow at her.
"Front row tickets!" She squeaks.
"Go." I roll my eyes and she runs off whilst shouting that I look beautiful.
"Creep." I mutter under my breath.
I head towards the stadium door and dig through my bag to find my ticket. But Kaira didn't give me my ticket. I groan and try to call her but of course, she doesn't answer. So I start walking around the stadium in hopes of trying to find her. I was fighting a losing battle because this arena is massive and whilst I'm trying to find her, she will keep moving around. I had no hope but I hitch my bag up my back and begin to walk faster.
