A Competition To Battle

"Toby, I need to talk to you." Gregor said.

"Yes what is it?" Toby asked.

"Do you wanna join a competition?"

"A kind of?"

"Quiz bee about chemistry."

"Woah! Quiz bee about chemistry!? That's my weakness man! Can't place the school on shame!"

"Your weakness be damned Tobias! We need another one! We can't let her join! This is an opportunity to increase your points! Waste nothing!"

"I'll need time to think twice."

"There's no time! Deadline for waiver is tomorrow!"

"What!!?? You should've said earlier!"

"My bad. So now please join! We lack another competitor!"

"Where is this place held?"

"In Bushwoodrow city."

"Oh my... I though it is just here. By the way how much do I have to pay?"

"Four thousand."

"4!? How can I pay such price if tomorrow's the deadline?!"

"My mom will shoulder the payment for now. You should join."

"You sure?"

"I'll try. I can't text to my mom right now even though it's class interval. A teacher might caught. I just hope she won't be surprised. You should've told earlier."

"Thanks! Now we're complete!"

"By the way, who are our companions?"

"Molly, Madeline, and Angelique."

Angelique Summers is a tall, fair, 15-year old girl who greatly gives a contribution to Greg's group which made them win a lot of times in science fairs.

"Who else?" Toby asked.

"Kathy and other year levels." Greg said.

Kathy Anternode is a 15-year old girl whose class is the other science section besides Toby's.

"Is that all?" Toby asked.

"Including some teachers." Greg said.

"Oh I see."

"I'll inform ma'am about this."

"Okay."

"If I were you, you need to review."

"Okay."

They ended their conversation. It was early afternoon that time when they talked about the science fair competition. They talked outside the classroom during a class interval and Greg dragged him out because for Greg, it is very top secret. Toby went back inside the classroom. Mandy was looking for him.

"What did you do outside?" Mandy asked.

"Just a competition to battle." Toby replied.

"Ooohh what competition?"

"Science fair competition quiz bee for chemistry. You're very good at it so I figured out who will review me." Toby said with a cheerful face.

"Oh okay I'll help you recall with what we discussed with our teacher."

"Thanks Mandy. I'd really appreciate that."

"When are you going to depart?"

"I think three-to-four days. I haven't asked Gregor."
