I stood in front of the mirror crying. I was able to warn Vixen, but it hurt still knowing that when I saw her in person she would be lifeless like the rest of these girls. When Vixen woke up the mirror in front of me bursted into shards. Miracle sauntered into the room and looked toward the pieces on the ground.
"Is someone starting to get a little cranky?"
I looked at the ground and back toward Miracle angry. I could sense her anger toward me. Her aura was black and close to her body, showing her evil personality.
"Vixen will be queen and when she is you will be no match for her. she is more powerful than you will ever be and you know it."
I smirked as her face grew red and distorted to an ugly complexion. She walked toward me and slapped my face. I fell to the ground and she stood above me with a distasteful look.
"Vixen is nothing but a mutt. She will never defeat me."
She turned on her heels and walked out of the room. Everything was silent in the house and that was never a good thing. After a few minutes of waiting a group of guards stormed the room.
"Alright magic boy, it's time."
Two guards grabbed me and led me into the command center. Miracle stood at the end of the room on top of the table.
"Everything! The time is here! Gear up and head out! Me and two guards will stay here to keep myself safe! Long live Queen Miracle!"
Everyone around me erupted into cheers.
"Long live Queen Miracle! Long live Queen Miracle! Long live Queen Miracle!"
When the cheering ended the two guards led me back to the room and threw a bundle of armor at me. On the chest plate was an image of Miracle's crest. I wanted to scratch out the image, but before I could a large man walked in and held me down.
"You take too long to get geared up."
He put the armor on me and led me outside to a portal. It was time to face my fear. There was no stopping what was about to happen to my poor Vixen. We stepped out on to the lawn where about 3 dozen of Miracle's soldiers stood waiting. Finally a portal opened and the group started filing through into Spirit Realm. A moment of light blinded us as a soldier started yelling.
"This is it! Grave Angel Castle! Prepare yourselves!"
The light disappeared and everyone was shocked to see we stood in front of where Miracle Manor used to be. I looked around confused.
"I thought you guys said this was supposed to be Grave Angel Castle? This is Miracle Manor."
A guard hit me on the back of the head to shut me up. We stood around and looked at each other completely confused.
"Vixen, I hope you'll stay away now that I'm here."
I whispered to myself as I walked toward the portal Vixen left in and picked up the engagement ring I left there.
