Memories of Midnight

Part 35 *In Reality Ashley Lithe*

~"Doctor hurry! Her heart rate is dropping rapidly!"~

~"Nurse hand me the defibrillator stat!"~

~"Remove her shirt hurry!"~

~"Everyone stand clear!"~

The nurses had to hold back Ashley's mother as the doctors and nurses surrounded Ashley's body. She cried and yelled out to her sleeping daughter.

~"I'm sorry Mrs. Lithe. There was nothing we could do to save her."~

~"Everyone, time of death, 12:45 p.m."~

A nurse walked up to the crying mother.

~"We're so sorry for your loss."~

~"No! Not my baby girl Ashley!"~

A sullen father walked up to his crying daughter.

~"All she ever wanted was to be apart of something important. Something great."~

Passing neighbors walked by the casket as they wished their condolences to the small child inside.

~"She was 10 right?"~

~"What happened?"~

~"No one knows. She ran out of her house and days later they found her in the woods with a bullet wound in the back of her head."~

Ashley laid in the casket unmoving, but beautiful like a princess. No one saw the 23 year old girl with angel wings and wolf characteristics. She stood and watched the stiff body with bright red eyes filled with tears.
