I put Miracle's head in an old backpack of mine and looked around my room one last time. I would come back and get my belongings someday, but right now wasn't the time. I headed outside and walked back toward the portal that had brought me here. When it opened it up Nate was standing on the other side holding his hand out to me. I smiled and took it as I stepped through.
"How many did we lose?"
"None my queen. They were no match for us and our abilities."
Nate smiled as I looked around at all of our troops. Finally I smiled too as I threw up my hand with the bag into the air.
"Miracle is no more!"
Everyone cheered as I smiled. I scanned the crowd and my eyes landed on Novae standing in the very back. I dropped the bag and ran to him, jumping into his arms.
"Oh Vixen, I missed you so much my darling."
Suddenly my heart dropped and everything went black.
