Please end my existance. Tomorrow, on a Monday, our class is going to go on our last trip of the year. Marking summer as something that's not so far away anymore.
I stomped around my room in my new flip-flops, trying to adjust to this new propaganda.
"Dang it, I hate my feet." my head looked down with all it's force, with my hands on my hips.
In the same moment, I heard a deep husky voice.
"Did you pack already?" as always, it was my father who rarely came up to my room. His hand was on the silver doorknob, and he was still wearing his police uniform.
"Yeah." I answered slowly, as he nodded and left.
I was never close to my dad, even if I only had him. Since he worked in a bigger city's police department, I never got so see him and already got used to the fact that he could not return any day.
But I was fine with all of that. I liked being on my own and never talked about my family life with anyone.
Though, it's not like anyone ever asked me except for Lana.

The morning was the same as my every morning ever this year. But this time, I was ready to go on a school trip that lasted a few days. Without any friends. Or plans. Just me and phone games if there is no internet.
"Call me every night, okay?" my father said, crossing his arms and looking at me with his hooded eyes and low, dark eyebrows.
"I know." I said while taking out my luggage from the car. We were parked in front of the bus, with most students already being there.
"Did you bring everything for the trip? Food, water, mobile phone, charger-"
"Yes. Everything's under control, you don't have to worry."
He got into the car, waving me goodbye and nodding for a second, then driving off.
I grabbed the handle of the bag, guiding it to the bus and going inside.
I sat by myself, looking out of the window, waiting for the bus to start.

My phone lit up, suddenly creating a grin as soon as I read the message.
This is gonna be a looooong few days.
