Daniel Ricciardo - Christmas day

This last one is for @Whatsyournamegirl :) I hope you will like it ! This is the last one of the requests, the new prompt list is coming at the end of the week :) 

'Y/N ?' Daniel yelled at the opposite of your house. You shook your head, close your book and stand up to meet him in the kitchen. 'Yeah Dan, you don't have to scream like that, you can left your chair and come to me'. Dan brightly smiled and caught your waist 'I should have bet you will say that babe'. 

The season is now over and you could spend more time with your boyfriend, you love this part of the year because first you're always together and it's awesome when your boyfriend is a formula one driver and then because it's christmas and you love it ! You had already chose Dan's gift but you don't know when giving him because on 25th he will be with his family in Perth. You and Dan are dating since one year and you live together since the end of the formula one season.   

Dan took your hand and began 'Y/N I have something to ask you.' you frowned a little and for fun you said 'No Daniel Ricciardo, I am so sorry but I don't marry you now'. He laughed and added 'Oh too bad, you just broke my heart you know. But seriously when I will ask you that, that will be in a spectacular way and not in our kitchen babe. No but for real I have something important to ask you, and I hope you will be okay with that.' What doest he have in his mind ? You know him and that's probably an real important thing. 'So I just got a text for my mum and she asked me if you would join us on Christmas dinner. I know Christmas is major for you and if you come with me you will be not with your family so...'

You were a little confused, it's a huge step in your relation... You love Dan's parents and her sister, they are incredible and very nice. But like he said you will be not able to see your family. But suddenly you have an idea and before gave him your answer you took your phone and call your mum. 'Hey mummy, how are you ?' you softly asked. Your parents live in France, you met Dan on the factory in Milton Keynes as you worked for Redbull, now as a globetrotter you're in Perth with your boyfriend and you don't see them as often as you wanted. 'I have something to ask, this year I won't be able to travel in France for Christmas, so I will book to flight for you and my brother if he want to. Do you want to spend holidays in Australia ?'. Your mum seemed to be impatient and full of happiness, she said that she will tell you at the end of the day because she had to asked that to your father and your brother. 

You looked at Daniel with a smile 'Tell your mum I am okay, but a our home... I could invite my family too. It's okay for you honey ?'. Dan suddenly looked upset but happy at the same time. 'My mum will be okay I guess, but I haven't met your parents before.' That's the main reason he looked so disconcerted, that formula one driver and strong man is anxious about meeting your family. 'Dan seriously, my parents already love you. You're making smile their little girl, don't worry about that really.' You said and took a step to him. You put your hands on his face and slowly your lips met yours. 

Daniel place his hands on your waist and made you closer to him, your bodies touched and he whispered on your hear 'That will be the best Christmas in my whole life.' You ran your hands through his curly brown hair and kissed him again. When you met him one year later you didn't though that your relationship will be so perfect. 

You took a step back and said to him 'But I am kind of disappointed' Daniel widen and speedy say 'What's wrong?' you laughed and said 'When I am at your parent's home, your mother and your sister always show me pictures of you when you are child. And I loved that, little Ricciardo at 4 years old in a kart make me shiver babe'. Daniel hold you on his shoulder and walked in your home 'Dan put me down please' you yelled and moved your legs. 'No way' he replied and go to your bedroom. He released you on the bed and tickle you 'I missed racing, but this part of the year is now much better with you by my side'.
