You're standing in your bathroom with your pregnancy test in your hand, your eyes are getting wet and tears are starting to fall on your cheek. A light smile appears on your face and you heart is beating now faster. You will be a mother, a real one and you can't stop thinking about how your life will be. Your life, our lives ... How Carlos will react ? You didn't speak about that, that was not the main point for now actually. How the life will be with a formula one driver dad ? And if he doesn't want that child ? You don't want break Carlos' career... Have a baby it's a huge thing a life, not a light decision. You didn't plan that, but it happen and you don't want to abort even Carlos want to.

You're alone at your home and you're pacing nervously with the pregnancy test still in your hand. 'Carlos can I talk to you ? I have something important to tell.' you said aloud. 'Babe, if I told you that you will be dad ?' No too direct you thought. 'Carlos, something change between us' Neither, it's like you don't love him anymore. 'Carlos, I made a pregnancy test later' Neither... You don't know how you can tell him in the perfect way.. It's so difficult, it's a huge thing to announce. 

You heard the door closed and Carlos yelled 'Y/N, I am finally home I missed you. Where are you ?' You took a deep breath and put the test in your pocket back of you jean. You will find a way to tell him when you will see him. You saw Carlos walking in your direction and you don't move, not because you don't want to but just because your mind is somewhere else. 'Y/N hey babe' Carlos said with his usual bright smile 'Hey' you simply said being more nervous. 'Can I kiss you right now? ' You mumbled when he put his hands around your waist. 'Why are you asking?' he replied before catching your lips. You starting to relax yourself when you felt his warm body against yours, you felt great when you are with him you really love him. Carlos kissed you again and whispered 'I miss you, when will you travel with me all the time?'. And inside you thought : when you will be a dad. But you didn't say a word. Carlos kissed you harder and slide his hands to your bump when he felt the pregnancy test in your pocket. 

You took a step back and sank your eyes into his, Carlos frowned when you took a deep breath and put your hand in your pocket to grab the test. 'What's going on?' he asked with a questioning face. Without a word you showed it to him and added simply 'It's a positive one Carlos.' He looked at you like he didn't understand, ran his hand in his hair and replied 'Positive, what does that mean babe ?'. 'Positive like I am pregnant, like I will be a mother in less than 9 month, like you will be a father if you want to...' All your body shiver and it's the hardest thing you have ever said in your whole life. Carlos seems surprised, happy ? You don't discern anything in his face, it's like full of different emotions fear, apprehension, happiness and pride. 

Carlos took a step to you, hold your hands and in his eyes you understand everything. You hugged you without a word and told you 'Y/N that's the reason why you had to travel with me now, and don't want to leave the mummy of my child alone'. A joy tears fall from your eyes, a joy tears because Carlos is the best boyfriend and he will be the best dad for sure. You're speechless, you smile a lot and you still hold your pregnancy test. 'When will we know if it will be a girl or a boy ? What her or his name will be ? He will see me racing ?' Carlos said quickly. You laughed and replied 'Carlos speak slowly please, we don't know yet if it's a boy or a girl, I have few ideas for the name, yeah the baby will see you at every race with me and first I have to say something don't worry you will be a great dad.' 

Carlos and you keep smiling, for sure have a baby will change your life but in a good way. In your belly you maybe have a future formula one driver, and if t's a girl she may be a formula one driver too. The only thing you know is that baby will be loved and you hope that he will have Carlos eyes. Because overtime he looked a you, you fall in love again and again...
