Lights filled the open streets.
The smell of Christmas pudding and nutmeg filled the air.
All 5 guys were treading through the thick snow that was lying on the grass.
Christmas music slowly made it way to the guys, who had all decided to go Nando's for dinner.
A string of sighs escaped the guys' lips as the aroma of Nando's filled their senses.
Josh was gripping Simons gloved hand, his bare thumb running across the warm fabric. A lady stood at the till, awaiting the next guest to arrive.
Jj had offered to order their meals, which the guys gladly accepted as they found a table.
The warm air engulfed Simons pale skin as he slipped his thick coat of his body, leaning into josh instinctively. The four sat there as they waited for their friend to come back, letting the festive music make its way to the corner in which they sat at.

Simons pov
Conversation flooded the restaurant, 'winter wonderland' becoming the soundtrack of the night.
"So I met a girl."  Jjs voice rung in my ears as he finally spoke up for the first time in minutes.
"What's her name? Is she good to you?" I asked, stuffing a piece of chicken in my mouth , pointing my fork over to him. Josh chuckled lightly at me, gripping my thigh.
He started to ramble on, not really having structure to what he was saying. It made my heart melt to hear how he described this girl, Lois he called her.
"Do you love her?" Vik mumbled, making me look up and join into the conversation. Everything from before this was so light hearted, the change in conversation suddenly feeling foreign.
"Of course I love her. She's the best thing to happen to me in years other than to where my career has gone. She has made me a better version of myself. And if it wasn't for her, I would have been crawling back to you lot a lot sooner than I did." His voice cracked, tears brimming his dark eyes. A smile made its way on to my face as a conversation I haven't had with Jj since seana began to grow.
"I think I'm in love." I blurted out, and it was as if I could feel josh's soul leaving him. Tobi and vik shared an equally shocked look on their faces, though Jj sat their deadpan.
"I knew you loved josh from the minute I heard ethan yelling at you about it. It was your birthday. He was furious with you si." Suddenly the wonderful mood set crumpled around me. My chest started to feel heavy and it was as if the world was crushing my lungs.
Jj noticed this in an instant, suddenly trying to back track his words.
"B-but anyway. You two. You and J-josh. You- you two are something wonderful."
The conversation ended abruptly, and it was as if you could hear the condensation drip from our cups as we sat their.
Vik was the first to speak up, his previously quiet state being thrown out the window.
"I'm in love as well. Crazy to think it had to be the death of a friend to bring me and tobi together, but I'm glad it ended this way out of any other way." Vik word vomited, as if, if he didn't finish his sentence quick enough, tobi would shut him down. We all heard tobi suck in a breath, a laugh escaping his lips.
"Stop it. You're making me blush." The darker boy whispered to Vik, and my heart melted at the scene. Two people, who were genuinely in love with eachother.
The waitress made her way over to us, asking if we would like anything else. Josh looked around, and he all shook our head.
"Nope, think we are all seat, thank you."
The woman nodded, shoving her notepad in her apron.
"Well then, Have a lovely Christmas." She chimes as she walked away from us.
"Shall we go home?" Jj suggested, and we all nodded, getting out of our seats and leaving the restaurant. Josh stopped me as we got outside, the cold air practically biting my face.
He got close to my face, so close I could smell his breath. His eyes watched mine, shifting from my lips to my eyes before he spoke up.
"Back there, when you said you are in love. I didn't have time to respond. But Si, I want you to know. I'm in love too. So, completely head over heels in love with you." He was whispering, but the words shouted in my ears as I digested what he said. I couldn't respond, so I cupped his face, bringing his lips to mine. His tounge made its way into my mouth, feeling anything but foreign as it explored the familiar territory.
We only pulled at part when we heard Jj whistle, telling up to hurry up. Josh connected his fingers with mine, the fireworks becoming a grand finale in my stomach as we made our way to the car. Just before getting in, I caught a glimpse of jjs face.
He looked proud, a smile prominent on his face.
