Well lovelies so far so good? I hope you are all enjoying this story so far :) I'm enjoying writing it that's for sure! <3
------------------------------------------

I woke up with a stiffness in my body. I stood up and stretched hoping to relieve some of it but it made my muscles tense and spasm, I winced in pain.

"You need to shift, your muscles will get too tense if you go more than a few days without shifting." Liam said as he leaned against the door frame to my room. I tried to take a step but my legs gave out and I collapsed on the floor.

"You're new to shifting once your body gets the hang of it, you will be able to control it better. Let's get you outside so you can shift." Liam gently spoke as he picked me up bridal style and carefully made his way down the hall and down the stairs where nearby pack members looked our way confused.

"What did you do to her?" Lydia shrieked when she saw me. Liam looked down at me and then at her.

"Um I didn't do anything to her. Her muscles are like jello right now so we are going outside so she can shift." Liam answered in an obvious tone and started walking again.

We got outside and he sat me down gently on the ground.

"Go ahead and shift, it's going to be a little painful at first but we will go for a run to stretch those muscles." He said as he stood up and took his shirt off and tossed it on the ground, his muscles tensed as he threw it down. I couldn't stop staring at him, I couldn't focus on anything except for him. It was like time slowed down and all I could do was sit frozen in place with my eyes locked on him.

Him clearing his throat brought me out of my trance.

"See something you like?" He asked with an arched brow and I blushed before I quickly looked away embarrassed.

"No I was just thinking you look fat I just didn't want to say anything and hurt your feelings." I teased him and his jaw dropped.

"I do not! You take that back!" He gasped in shock and I couldn't help but laugh. Joking and laughing came so easily with him, almost naturally. My wolf whimpered internally.

I stood up carefully and dusted myself off.

"Why don't you make me?" I taunted as I shifted into my wolf and sprinted, I ignored the stiffness in my muscles and after a few minutes of running the tightness had completely vanished.

"I'm going to make you regret calling me fat! Get your ass back here!" He shifted and chased after me, the sound of his claws digging into the dirt with every step he got closer and closer to me. My heart was pounding wildly inside of my chest anxious like the feeling you get when you're playing hide and seek about to get caught.

I dashed between two trees and made a sharp left and continued to run like my life depended on it. I ran until my calves were spasming so I hid behind a tree and bent down with my hands on my knees trying to catch my breath. I did a mental happy dance thinking that I won when all of a sudden I was shoved forward by a rock hard force.

"Got you!" Liam breathed out. We tumbled forward and he landed roughly on top of me. He put his hands on each side of my face and lifted his weight off me. He stared at me intensely with a mischevious look on his face.

"Now now how should I get my revenge?" He wondered out loud with a hint of humor in his eyes.

"You could let this one slide?" I breathed out hopefully and he shook his head in disagreement.

"Oh no I have a better idea!" He smiled wickedly and I knew from the tone of his voice I wasn't going to like whatever he had in mind. He pushed off the ground and put his weight on his knees so he was straddling me carefully.
