"I'm your mate!" He roared loudly, his voice echoed off all of the trees and suddenly all eyes were on us and everything and everyone had went completely silent except gasps of shock that filled the air. I stood frozen unable to move or speak or anything. I was in shock that he had just blurted that out but in all fairness it was my fault.

"What?" Misty asked with a shakey voice, in a brief moment I had forgotten that she was here as well.

"Misty let me explain-" I started to talk once words finally came to me.

"Is this true?" She asked her voice full of disbelief while her eyes darted back and forth between us.

"Yes it's true." I mumbled answering her. Tears brimmed her eyes and I immediately felt awful that I pushed things the way I did and that she found out this way.

She let out a deep sob and broke down right then and there.

"Misty I'm so sorry. I didn't want to tell you this way." I bent down beside my sister and tried to rub my arm on her shoulder which she slapped my hand away, making Daniel growl lowly. I put my hand up signaling him to stop, this was not the time to be protective my sister wouldn't hurt me not the way I hurt her.

"How could you do this to me? How can you keep this from me?! I'm your sister!" She cried as she held her chest.

"Misty I just didn't know how to tell you. I should have told you on our birthday but I couldn't not after-" tears filled my eyes as I relived that night once again.

"What you think I'm such a bitch that I wouldn't understand?" She snapped as she pushed herself up off the ground.

"Misty just a few weeks ago you told me that if you and Daniel found your mates that y'all would reject them just so you two could be together, how was I supposed to just come out and admit that he and I were mates?! Especially after he chose you over me the night we shifted!" I yelled as tears made their way down my cheeks.

"And we probably would have if his mate was someone other than you! I would never hurt you this way! Never!" She cried and stormed off.

"Liam I'm sorry. I shouldn't have pushed things this far." I hung my head low in embarrassment.

"Don't be sorry Storm. I'm equally at fault here. I'll go talk to her." Liam hugged me tightly, making Daniel growl once again before he chased after Misty.

"Easy there little brother don't have a coronary." Liam patted Daniel on the head and sprinted to catch up with my sister leaving Daniel and I standing there awkwardly while everyone stood there gaping still. He glared at them and most of them scoured away back to what they were doing.

Daniel grabbed my arm and started to pull me away from the crowd.

"Let me go!" I tried to free myself from his grasp but he wouldn't let go. He walked ahead of me leaving me trying to catch up behind him.

"Where are we going?!" I shrieked as he went all the way to the back of my packs borders where his land and my dads land meet. We were far away enough so no one could hear us.

"Will you answer me dammit!" I snapped finally he turned towards me he still held my hand inside his.

He didn't say a word he just stood there letting his eyes swim in mine.

"You pushed me too far, my wolf couldn't handle it." He spoke finally, his voice hoarse. He inches closer to me and I sucked in a breath at how close we were standing just centimeters apart.

"That's not an answer." I breathed out shakily.

"You're a real smart ass, you know that?" He bent his head down in the crook of my neck. He rubbed the tip of his nose against my jaw line and I was putty in his hands.

"I know." Was all I could say. He placed a gentle kiss on the side of my chin and started to work his way down my jawline. With each kiss I melted further and further. I was blinded by the sensations overwhelming my body. When he got to where my mark would one day be he licked it softly and I couldn't help but moan in complete satisfaction. He was panting against my neck equally phased by the intimacy between us. He worked his way back up my jaw and was about to kiss me before I stopped him.

"No don't." I pulled him from his trance, and even though I didn't want him to stop, he had to.

"What's wrong?" He asked worriedly wondering if he did something wrong.

"This isn't right. I'm mad at you!" I snapped myself out of my lust filled state.

"You're mad at me? Why?" He asked as he tilted his head to the side.

"Because you had no right to blurt out that we were mates like that. I need to go find my sister." I turned on my heel and started to walk away.

"Maybe it wasn't the right time but it was bound to come out eventually. Besides it feels good now that the cats out of the bag." He tried to wrap his arms around me but I stepped backwards.

"Daniel look I want this, I want us but I can't do it until I have my sisters blessing." I shook my head.

"Her blessing? Why?" He stared at me like I had grown two heads, clearly confused.

"Because we hurt her Daniel. I need to know that she is okay. Please let me go." I begged and he let his hands fall at his sides. It took everything in me to walk away but I did. I had to fix things with my sister and even though we weren't super close I refuse to be the reason she is hurting.
