"What am I supposed to wear for a merging ceremony?" I asked Daniel as I flipped through our closet trying to find something to wear.

"I don't know, a dress?" He answered but it came out as a question and I couldn't help but roll my eyes. Some help he was. I searched through all of my clothes and found a simple knee length long sleeve black maxi dress. I pulled it out and laid it on the bed and added some black leather boots. Today was the big day where we were to merge Daniels and my dads pack.

"Thanks for the help." I mumbled in annoyance while he sat on the bed reading a book paying zero attention to me even talking to him.

"Sounds good babe." He hummed and kept reading.

"So you agree me going naked is okay?" I asked and immediately his head snapped up and a growl came from deep inside his chest.

"You will NOT!" He growled and his eyes turned black as his body started to shake. I managed to piss of his wolf just by saying one sentence. I know I shouldn't push his wolf by saying that but it was just too damn funny.

"Well why not?" I asked tilting my head to the side, pushing him even further getting a rise out of him

"You are MINE!" He pounced off the bed and had me pinned against the wall in seconds. My breath quickened at the closeness between us.

"Oh is that so?" I taunted him and his canines extended, he was about to shift then and there. I placed my hand on his chest to calm him down.

"Yes. ALL MINE!" He snarled making me squirm in all the right places.

"All yours and only yours." I nodded and started to rub my hand on his chest and he slowly started to calm down and his eyes softened instantly.

"Why do you like to get my wolf all wound up like that?" He asked after he regained his composure.

"Because it's funny." I shrugged and he narrowed his eyes at me in disbelief.

"You do it for fun?" He scoffed as he backed away from me.

"Well yeah. You can't seriously think that I would go naked around other men Daniel look how shy I was for you to see me naked and you're my mate." I explained and he shook his head.

"It isn't funny. Not to me. You have to grow up at some point Stormy. You're not a child anymore! You are a Luna and it's time you start acting like one!" He yelled and turned around and walked away. Damn Alpha can't take a damn joke, always so serious. My heart clenched in sadness when he raised his voice at me. I have been staying here about a month or so and even through our little arguments he had never yelled at me not like this.

"I'm sorry." I muttered in a tone just above a whisper and went to the bathroom and slammed the door and locked it. I know I shouldn't have been upset because technically it was my fault since I pushed him that far but I wasn't okay with him yelling at me like that.

I turned on the shower and waited for it to heat up. Tears pooled in my eyes and I tried so hard to prevent them from falling but they had a mind of their own and fell anyways. I climbed into the shower and let the hot water pour over my body. I stood there crying silently as the water ran down my back. I added some shampoo to my hand and started to scrub my scalp before I rinsed it out and did the same with the conditioner.

"Kitten please open the door." Daniel spoke softly from the other side of the door a few minutes later. I ignored him and grabbed my loofa and added some body wash to it and started to scrub my body. A sob escaped my mouth and I threw my hand over my mouth trying to muffle the sound.
