Chapter 27

{54. Give him a Christmas wish list}

   I took a piece of parchment and made a list of things I want. A firebolt or the latest broom, more WWW pranking supplies, a panda hat, that new muggle video camera, and so on. I'm almost done this list of things to do to James. Thank Merlin for that. 

 Fred walks into my room and sits next to me. "What chu doing?"

 I give him a look, "ever heard of knocking?"

 He nods, "yes, yes I have."

 I roll my eyes at his response. "I'm doing number 54. Give him a Christmas wish list."

 "Can I see it?" Fred asks with a smile. 

 I narrow my eyes at him, "why? So you'll have ideas for what to buy?"

 "No," Fred scoffs. "I already went Christmas shopping."

 "Mhm," I hand him the list and he reads it. 

 "A stuff panda? Really, Gem?"

 I shrug, "panda's are awesome."

 He rolls his eyes, "go give it to him. He's in his room."

 I sigh, "alright." I noticed something, Fred is dressed up all nice. "Why are you all dolled up?"

 He gives me a 'seriously?' look. "Date with my girlfriend." 

 I smile widely, "ooo! Plans?"

 "Go to Diagon Alley and then to a muggle park."

 "Romantic," I tease. "I want to go on a date now... I'll go visit Tom while you're gone."

 "Have fun with that," Fred mutters. 

 "Can you at least try to act like you like him." I ask. 

 "No." He says flatly. 

 "Well then," I stick my tongue out. "Are you picking Val up or is she coming over?"

 "I'm going to her house in like," he checks his watch. "A minute."

 I smile, "my baby's growing up." I sniff and ruffle his hair. 

 "Oi!" He slaps my hand away, "that took 20 minutes to do." 

 "Don't be such a girl, Fred."

 "This doesn't just happen over night," he points to his face.  

 "Shut up and go have fun with your date." I laugh.

 "Bye. Don't kill anyone while I'm gone." Fred gets up and walks out of the room. 

 "No promises!" I call out. 

 After a while, I got up and went to James' room. I knock on the door and it opens. James looks at me then closes the door. I roll my eyes and knock again. James opens the door again and looks at me, "what?"

 "Here," I hold up my list and shove it into his hand. 

 "What's this?" 

 "A list of things you can get someone for Christmas." I say to him. 

 "Why do I have this?"

 I shrug, "I don't know. Some ideas for a Christmas present. I got you one. Just making sure you'll get me one."

 James gives me a weird look, "and why would I get you anything?"

 "To be nice for once," I walk away and went to my room. I take a quick shower. I put on some leggings, a tank top, an over sized sweater and a pair of boots. I grab my wand and went downstairs. I found Ginny in the living room with the other adults. "I was wondering if I could use your floo powder. I wanted to go visit Tom for a bit. I'll be back around dinner."

 Ginny nods, "of course." I follow her to the fire place that was connected to the floo network. "Here you go," she holds up a small bowl full of powder. 

 "Thank you," I grab a hand full and went inside the fire place. 

 "Have fun. But not too much fun," she winks.

 I roll my eyes and drop the powder. "Squallus manor."

 I felt like I was being pulled in every direction. I land in the fire place inside Tom's mansion. I walk out to see that no one was in the living room. I go to the kitchen and see Tom with his mom. His mom notices me, but I motion her to be quiet. She gives me a small smile. 

 I go upstairs and to Tom's room. I hide behind the door and Tom walks in. I smirk to myself as Tom takes his shirt off, not noticing me yet. I run up to him and tackle him on to his bed. Tom lets out a girlish yelp and tried to push me off. 

 I laugh as Tom flips over with me still on top of him. I smile at him as he glares at me. "what the hell, Sapphire?! You scared me!"

 "Mission accomplished." I smile and kiss him softly. 

 Tom sits up, causing me to slide onto his lap with my legs on either side of him. "I missed you."

 "I missed you too." 

 Tom kisses me softly and wraps his arms around me. "You sleeping over?"

 "No."

 Tom pouts, "why not?"

 "You know why," I kiss his nose. "Anyways, on Christmas day... I'll come over before dinner and sleep over."

 Tom pulls me closer, if that was even possible, and he whines a little. "But, I want you now." He presses his lips against mine and lays back. 

 I laugh a little and kiss him back. "Just wait a few more days."

 "Fine. But, for now..." He flips us over and pins me on his bed. "We can cuddle, watch movies, eat some sweets, and maybe snog a little."

 I smile and wrap my arms around him, "sounds perfect."

 Tom gets up and puts in a movie in his telly. He goes down stairs and comes back with an arm full of sweets. We cuddle up on his bed and watch a movie called Transformers. It's a good movie. I rest my head on Tom's shoulder and his arm is around me, keeping me close to him. 

 Tom looks down at me, "had enough sweets?"

 "Mmm... Maybe." I pick up a jelly bean and feed it to him. Tom chews on it, then pulls a face of disgust. "What?"

 "That tastes like liver." Tom says. 

 I laugh, "will this make it better?" I lean in for a kiss, but then I grab a blood pop and stick it in his mouth. 

 Tom groans and takes it out. "You know I hate blood pops.

"I know." I take the blood pop and put it in my mouth. 

 "That girl, in the movie. Is hot." Tom says. 

 I give him a look, "she is."

 "Too bad I don't really know her. I bet she's great in bed." Tom smirks. 

 I glare at him, "don't be an ass."

 "I'm just saying." Tom says innocently.

 I kiss his cheek, "well. You may never know."

 "I want you though," he says. 

 "Well, too bad." I smile, "you'll have to wait."

 Tom groans, "I was hoping you wouldn't say that." 

 I laugh and kiss him on the lips. "Love you."

 "Love you too."
