In the morning, I get dress into a pair of shorts, mint green tank top, and a pair of black and vans. polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=122486687 I walk out of the bathroom to see that Val had already left. I go to the Great Hall and sit next to Val. "You going to Hogsmeade with Fred?" I ask as I start to eat cereal.

She nods, "yeah."

"You going to tell him?" I question.

She looks at me, "shut up, Sapphire."

I give her a look, "Val."

"No I'm not." She hisses, "not yet at least."

"Your brother is coming here in two days." I remind her, "you have to tell him."

"I will. Eventually." She mutters as she continues to eat her breakfast.

I roll my eyes, "do it asap."

"Yeah," she nods.

I have no one to hang out with. Gosh darn it. I look around the Great Hall. Hmm... I spot Sam Wood at the Gryffindor table. Why not? I finish my cereal and stand up. "See you." I walk over to Sam, "hey Sam."

He looks at me and smiles, "hey Sapphire."

"I was wondering if you don't have anyone to go to Hogsmeade with... You can come with me?" I ask, "I was going to go with Fred and Val. But they're on a date."

Sam smiles as his friends tease him. "Sure."

"Brilliant." I smile back.

Sam stands up, "shall we go then?" I nod. We walk to the carriages and go to Hogsmeade.

"Where to first?" I ask.

"How about Honeydukes?" Sam asks.

"Okay," I grin. "I've been craving chocolate frogs, blood pops, and every flavor beans."

Sam laughs, "your babies must have a sweet tooth."

"Or it's just me." I send him a goofy grin. We go inside Honeydukes and I grab the candy I want. I go to the cashier and as I am about to pay for it, Sam beats me and gives the cashier money. "Sam." I frown, "I could have paid for that myself."

"It's okay. You can buy me a butterbeer." He smiles.

"Okay," I sigh. When we got to The Three Broomsticks, we order two butterbeers. Before I can pay, Sam pays for both of the butterbeers. I frown, "Sam. You said I can pay for it."

"Yeah. I lied." He grabs the butterbeers and we go to a table. I sit across from him and take a sip from my drink. "So, how are things?"

"If you're asking about the babies, they're fine." I reply. "It's just a bit annoying sometimes."

Sam chuckles, "so I've heard." Sam starts to talk about the places he has visited because of his dad. I listen to him while I look around the pub. I see Fred and Val together talking. I spot Kaitlin with James. Huh, they're on a date. I see Justin with Julisa.

"When did Justin and Julisa start hanging out?" I ask.

Sam shrugs, "for a while now. Why?"

"I didn't know about it. It's just that I didn't think Julisa would like someone like Justin."

"Jealous?" Sam questions.

I shake my head, "nah. Justin's annoying."

Sam chuckles, "he is."

"Just stop it okay?!" I hear Val yell loudly. I look over at Fred and Val to see Val stand up. "Just leave me alone." She growls and storms out of the pub. Kaitlin and I locked eyes, then she gets up and runs after Val.
