Ch. 9 Whats real or not

Miraz is right in front of me, holding his sword as I kneel in front of him. The only reason I am kneeling is because in his other hand he is holding him Caspian by his long brown hair. He puts his sword to Caspian's throat, slicing it as if it were a piece of art. As the life drains from Caspian's eyes, I am frozen in place, frozen in fear. Caspian's body drops to the ground. I run over to him, placing his head in my arms. Tears run down my face. I look up to see Miraz standing proud, as if he didn't just take a life. I let out a terrifying scream, because everyone I love is gone, even the two kings. Miraz comes over to me and stabs my chest.
I wake up from the horrible nightmare that occurred. Luckily I have only woken one person.  
    "Are you alright Terrain?" Ed asks as he makes his way toward me. He sits beside me, wiping the tears from my face. I lean into his arms shaking my head.
    "He killed him, and Peter and you! He killed all of you. And I did nothing but sit back and watch. He killed me last," I mumble through my tears. He pulls away, looking into my green eyes as I stare into his deep brown.
    "Who killed us?"
    "Miraz, he killed everyone. He made me watch as he cut your throats. And I did nothing. I am a terrible person. I could have saved you," I say, putting my head down.
    "Look at me Terrain." He lifts my chin up so I am once again looking into his eyes. He puts both of his hands on each side of my face. "Do you feel this?" I nod. "Do you feel this?" He grabs my hand and places it on his chest so I can feel his heartbeat. I nod once again. "This is real, I'm okay, Peter and Caspian are both alive. And I promise you, we won't die. You won't die! You are going to live a long, happy life. Marry a strong man and have a whole lot of kids."
    "Thank you Ed for making me feel like myself again." I lean back into his strong arms, breathing in his scent. Peppermint. I look over to where the queens are sleeping, only to notice Lucy is missing. "Edmund."
    "Hmmm."
    "Where is Lucy?" Edmund looks round nervously and runs over to Peter.
    "Lucy is missing!" Immediately Peter wakes up and runs off to look for her. The rest of us pack up the camp and follow after him.
