Request from @Fusnif. I hope this is what you asked for!
Y/N p.o.v:
You, Sam, and Dean were all on your way to a motel in Utah. You cleared your throat.
"So we need to find out where the vampires are staying. We'll-" Dean interrupted you.
"We need to figure out who they'll attack next. Blah, blah, blah. We know, Y/N." Dean grumbled. You looked down. Dean never showed that he cared about you. His brother is more important to him than you. You were just a random girl they helped a while back and since then, you were just there to help them on hunts. You didn't matter to them really. Sam, however, he seemed like he cared. But maybe not. He could just be acting. You were almost to the motel. You could tell by the way Dean kinda slowed down. You didn't speak the rest of the time. Soon, Dean pulled up to the motel.~after they got a room and crap~
You were sitting at the table researching with Sam when Dean walked in with food.
"There ya go, Sammy." He said as he set a box of salad in front of him. Dean didn't get anything for you. That was fine. You didn't eat much anyway.
"You didn't get anything for Y/N?" Sam asked his brother. Before Dean could respond, you spoke.
"It's fine, Sam. I'm not hungry anyway." You said quietly. Sam glared at you.
"You're never hungry, Y/N. You probably weigh less than 110 because you never eat!" Sam said. You saw Dean's eyes flicker with some emotion that you couldn't quite describe. Regret? Pain? Sadness? Who knows. you faked a smile at Sam and Dean.
"I'm fine." You said and then continued to research. Thoughts about Dean kept creeping into your mind. You liked him. You developed feelings for him over time, but he'd never feel the same about you. You knew you weren't pretty or skinny enough. Kinda as to why you don't eat and always cake on makeup. But Dean hurt you quite often. He'd ignore you or be a dick to you. It hurt. It hurt a lot, but that was okay.
"It's late. We should go to sleep." Sam said tiredly. You didn't answer. You just kept researching.
"Y/N, we can research more tomorrow. You hardly ever sleep. That's right. I know about that, Y/N. Go-" You looked up and glared at Sam. He stopped talking instantly.
"I'm not tired, Sam. You can go to sleep. I'll continue to try and find a link to the victims." You said. Sam sighed.
"Okay." He said. Dean stared at you. He looked slightly concerned. Something must be wrong with him because he's never been concerned about you. He's never shown any signs of acknowledgement to your feelings. You looked down and took a deep breath.
"I'm fine. I'm fine." You whispered to yourself. Sam went into the bathroom and closed the door. The shower turned on and at that moment, Dean quickly walked over to you.
"What's wrong? You don't eat a lot? You don't sleep? What the hell?! You're like-" You slammed you computer shut.
"Leave me the hell alone, Dean! God, what is it with you?! You don't give a shit about me anyway, so why the fuck are you worried?!" You yelled. Dean looked shocked.
"Because I care." He said. You scoffed.
"No you don't. You never did. And it fucking hurts." You growled. Dean's brows furrowed.
"What?" He asked. You threw your hands up in disbelief.
"I love you, Dean! I have feelings for you!" You yelled. Dean looked like he was about to say something, but you held your hand up, signaling for him to shut up. You turned away and walked towards the door. You opened it and walked out.
"Don't come looking for me. I'll be back in the morning." You said and then shut the door.~morning~
You stood outside the motel door. When you left last night, you had purchased a different room; needing to get away from Dean to clear your head. You took a deep breath and put on a fake smile. You opened the door and walked in. You saw Sam at the table, but Dean was still asleep. Sam looked up from a book and saw you, his face lighting up with a smile.
"You're back." He said. You nodded.
"Yep. Found a connection?" You asked. Sam sighed.
"Yeah. The vampires are tracking and killing women who come out of a bar alone and drunk." Sam replied. You nodded.
"Well, I can be bait tonight." You suggested. It sounded more like Sam had no choice, but to agree. Sam shook his head. He opened his mouth when he was cut off.
"Hell no!" Dean growled. You looked over and saw him glaring at you. Well, he was awake. Great. You rolled your eyes.
"You don't own me, Dean. If I want to be bait, I'll be bait. I'm not going to get myself killed. I'm a woman, not an idiot." (Credit to my choir teacher who says that when the guys treat her like she's stupid) You growled. Dean's eyes flickered with anger.
"Y/N's right, Dean. It's her choice." Sam said quietly. Dean's eyes darted to Sam. Sam turned around and looked at his brother. Dean's eyes darkened.
"She could make a simple mistake and then get herself killed. She seems to make them a lot." Dean said. You didn't say anything.
"I'll deal with them on my own then. Therefore, my mistake wouldn't have to affect you guys." You muttered. You turned around and walked out the door once again. This time, you wouldn't be coming back.~a year later~
You smiled at the hot bartender as he got you another beer.
"How 'bout you take me home after your shift, sweetheart?" You asked the bartender in a seductive tone. He smirked and leaned towards you, sliding the bottle to you.
"I think I could do that." He responded in a gruff voice. You smirked at him and the took a sip of your beer. The bartender walked away to serve some other guy. You watched him just like he was eyeing you when someone tapped you on the shoulder. You set your beer down, winking at the bartender, before turning around. Your eyes widened and your mouth dropped.
"Dean?!" You choked out.A/N:
