""What?" I spat out. Tess shot me a look, telling me with her eyes that I looked like mine were bugging out of my head.

"I wanted a room with Tess." He shrugged his shoulders. "Its not like you two are gonna be like, having sex with each other."

They both exchanged a look.

I almost puked.

"Okay one: Ew. Two: I didn't need to know that. And three: I'll sleep on the couch."

"Alexa -"

"The couch is a bit hard." Anton said, interrupting Tess. "But you can try it. Just do whatever you want."

I looked down at Porter still sleeping on the ground, out like a log.

"If he sleeps like that, you really won't have anything to worry about."

I shrugged my shoulders. That was true, for the most part. I was just worried about me in the middle of the night. Being within body proximity of him and feeling the warmth radiate off of him, accidentally turning over in my sleep and elbowing him in his flawless face. I shook my head, warding off the distracting thoughts.

"I don't know." I said, releasing air from my lips. "I'll think about it."

A week later, I found myself sitting on my bed with an overflowing suitcase next to me.

I had shoved bathing suits and tank tops and shorts all in there, not considering if I would actually wear them or not. I mean, I don't know what to wear in front of guys. I'm not that kind of girl who cares about what guys think of me, but I just don't know what to wear.

I sighed and laid back on my bed, the sounds of the Fray coming from my stereo. I had to meet the three of them (and also Dillon and Hugo) at their apartment, and then we'd take a car to the Hamptons.

After forcefully slamming my suitcase shut and struggling with the zipper until it made it all the way around, I went outside to hail a cab to the apartment. The weather was already starting to get warm out, and the sun blared down on my shoulders, hot against my skin.

On the ride over, I looked out the windows at the retreating buildings, thinking of the upcoming weekend. After I had left their apartment last week, Porter had texted me asking if the plans were okay. He didn't even mention the fact that we had to sleep in the same bed, making me think that Anton didn't even tell him.

When the taxi slid up to the apartment, I looked out the window to see what appeared to be Dillon with Anton on his shoulders, dancing on the steps, Porter trying to fit a suitcase in the already overflowing trunk (what the hell am I gonna do with this suitcase?), Tess talking to Hugo while he seemed uninterested, but made friendly conversation anyway.

I opened the door after handing the driver a twenty dollar bill, and hoisted my suitcase out of the back.

"Alexa!" Tess skipped over to me, while Hugo looked at me with a face of relief. Everyone's heads turned in my direction, wandering who the source of the shrieks were coming from. She threw her arms around me, then pulled me over to the back of the car. "It's gonna be a little hard to fit your suitcase in here, but I'm sure we can find a spot where it can fit." She took it from me, shoving it into a spot near the top of the trunk.
