Well Balanced People Rules

Well balanced people rules are never ever shy
Even-tempered calm, as a clear, blue sky.
Level-headed cool, as an even'n breeze
"LOL! ".... they tell you when you're on your knees
"Be Calm and Breath" they say is wise and oh! so ever helpful
As you wander over Flatland - scared and dimensionally doubtful.
Love for others, they opine, simply is implausible,
As long as strong self-love remains, in-the-heart, impossible.
Nervous Nellies they are not!
Courage of the warrior's heart!... 'gainst
Every social sadness....they
Discipline their fools with gladness.
People who are balanced walk an
Even keel.
Open minded bravehearts: they groove from brow to heel.
Praise be! The church of Thick Skin is their high sanctorum.
Let's give thanks and laud for all their sane decorum....
Even so... t'is not my nostrum....
Ruled by river of ancient tide.
Under deep water, my truth resides.
Love endures the furious scrubs that
Endless, ancient grit provides -
So now, I choose to feel the ride.
