A Universe of a Different Color
Once upon a time displacement
where each rhyme and every reason
seemed to find a new arrangement
and all tales were told out of season...
Little boy red who tickles the ivories
Cows in the bed: sheep wearing livery
Where's the piano boy playing today?
In a galaxy so very far, far away
Little miss Muffet squashing spiders
Johnny Green was saving cats
Mary had a little lamb and cider
and saved her scraps for Jack Sprat
Humpty Dumpty built the Great Wall
Paul Bunyan planted apple trees
London Bridge is standing tall
Old King Cole is nothing but mean
Nine and thirty turtledoves
were baked inside a cake
The queen of hearts and of love
stole the birds away
A little dog ran out into the night
as the dish broke apart in laughter
This whole place was quite a sight
But they all lived happily ever after
