Survival
Once upon a time there was life on planet Earth
Its resources were all plundered with mirth
It many spaceships they left that planet
Mostly made from the igneous rock granite
Breeding species of remaining plants
Animals and insects including ants
Gathered up and put on board
It was humankind who loaded that horde
The flotilla of ships took many years
Arriving and unloading despite the fears
Only one surviving species was omitted
Humans for the carnage committed
Their leaders knew they would repeat
Given a perfect new sheet
The new planet did fill with laughter
They all lived happily ever after
