Mulberry Bush
The Grand Old Duke of York
Never had ten thousand men
They were mostly boys mixed with a few girls
Who were barely over the age of ten
He marched them up to the top of the hill
But they were too tired to march to town
He tied them to his ten thousand horses
And dragged their lazy asses down
Humpty Dumpty never cracked his shell
It was Jack and Jill
Who saved him when he fell
So Humpty broke poor Jack's crown
While on his mrs Jill he was going down
It was raining, it was pouring
But the Old Man wasn't snoring
In fact the weed had a strong aroma
So he wasn't asleep
Nor was he counting sheep
It was the sticky green that put him in a coma
''Twas the fault of Old King Cole
That the Old Man was in such a state
When he called for his pipe
And for his bowl
And his weed that he did cultivate
So Polly put the kettle on
While she sang for the rain to come another day
And Georgie Porgie kissed the girls
And ran away when the boys came to play
It was Little Boy Blue
And Little Jack Horner
Who had Little Beau Peep
And her lamb in the corner
But she ran into the arms
Of Little Tommy Tucker
So they wooed Lucy Locket
And took her around the Mulberry Bush
