Emily was panicking, sweating, screaming. Ed wasn't there. He was touring with Taylor Swift. Emily was at their home in London. Due to the people Emily dated before Ed, Emily had PTSD, nightmares, and night terrors. Ed was always there to make sure he comforted her.

"ED!" She screamed in her sleep. "TEDDY!" She woke up and lunged herself to his side of their bed. When she saw he wasn't there, she grew horrified. "Ed?" She croaked. That's when she broke down in tears and hugged his pillow, grabbing her phone.

"Shit it still smells like his hair. His beautiful, perfect ginger hair." She told herself as she grabbed her phone, dialing his number.

"Emily?" He asked in a groggy voice. She let out a sigh of relief and clutched her chest, breathing hard. "Is everything OK?" He asked worriedly. She shook her head and he knew it. He gulped at this. "Emily, what's wrong?" He asked in the same tone.

"Nightmare. God, Ed, it was horrible." She sobbed. "I woke up... and you weren't there." She cried. "Why weren't you there?" He sighed and ran his hand through his hair.

"I'm so sorry, Emily. I love you. This is the first time I haven't been there for a nightmare?" He asked. She nodded.

"That we've been together, yes." She told him, rocking back in forth in a ball, her legs in her arms. "I miss you." She told him.

"I miss you too, Emily." He said with a smile.

"I love you, Teddy bear." She said to him.

"I love you too, Emily." He said to her with a smile. "I always will." He added. She smiled.

"Good." She replied.

"Emily, go outside and lay under the stars." He told her. "Lay under all of the stars." He said.

"Why?"

"Because I said so." She smiled and walked outside and lay under the stars, her hair in the grass.

"I can see the stars from America." She told him. He smiled.

"I wanted you to see them too."

They both smiled at Ed's words. He looked up at the stars and back down.

"I have to go, Emily." He told her, his tone changing.

"Why?" She asked in a shaky voice. "I don't want you to go." She told him.

"I know it. I'm sorry. Taylor and I have a gig. Some of its being recorded so you can watch it later." He told her.

"I love you, Emily." He said after a long pause.

"I love you too, Eddy," Emily replied.

"I love you more." He said with a smile.

"Impossible." She grinned.

"Possible." He replied. She lightly smiled at him.

"I love you too." She said to him. He laughed.

"Love you too. Goodbye, Emily." He said to him.

"Bye Bye, Teddy." She whispered into the phone. He hung up and she started to cry, hugging the grass tightly. "What am I doing? I love him, but I can't keep... I love him so much but he's gone. Why is he gone?" She sobbed.

It was early morning when he called. She had woken up to go to Florida where she lived.

"Hi, Emily." He said in a groggy voice.

"Hi, Teddy." She said standing up. "I missed your voice." She told him.

"I missed yours too." He replied.
