Football Game (Blaine & Mike)

I ship Blaine and Mike's (Bike's?) Bromance so...

For warning, I know nothing about football so I apologize in advance.

"Your teams going to get creamed, Anderson."

Blaine laughed, "Fat chance, Chang."

Blaine and Mike were in the basement of Blaine's house watching the latest football game while their significant others were out shopping.

"Please, the Dolphins haven't won a game in 5 months, what makes you think their going to win now?" Mike argued.

"Oh like the Gators are any better." Blaine said pointedly.

"Ok. What about this? There's only one inning left, so I'll bet you $15 that my team will win." Mike said, holding his hand out for Blaine to shake on it.

"Deal." Blaine said while firmly shaking the Asians hand.

They both sat back on the couch and ate snacks while silently watching the game. Then, during the last 3 minutes of the last inning, the announcer announced that the Gators quarterback had the football and was running toward the opposite end of the field.

Mike and Blaine both stood up from the couch with Mike yelling at the TV, "Run! Run! You idiot, run!"

Both boys were standing inches away from the TV when the announcer finally said, "TOUCHDOWN!"

Blaine yelled in defeat and fell onto the couch while Mike cheered.

"Pay up Anderson. I could use $15 in my pocket."

Blaine groaned and reluctantly got up to get money from his wallet with a smirking Mike following him.
