Yippie, I'm not dead.

Schools been nuts and the creative side of my brain has decided to shut itself off, I hope this makes up for it though.

Trigger Warning: Mentions of abuse

(I am in no way pro abuse of any kind, just putting that out there).

Puck knew something was wrong with Rachel when she came to school with bruises on her arm and kept to herself.

He also knew something was up when she turned down a solo for Sectionals due to "hormonal changes" saying that her voice cracked if she tried to hit a high note.

He got even more suspicious when he heard a slap coming from the choir room and when he peeked his head in he saw Rachel crying with Jesse walking out the side door.

Jesse St.James.

Also known as, the boy who Rachel's been dating for three months.

Or should he say, "dating".

He's never actually saw them together doing coupley things, kissing, or holding hands, things like that, the only thing he's seen is Jesse sending Rachel looks from across the choir room whenever she opens her mouth to speak.

When asked if they were actually together, Rachel swore up and down they were and that Jesse just didn't like showing PDA. Jesse, on the other hand, said that she didn't like the PDA and of course didn't want to make her uncomfortable.

Puck thought that was total bull crap and that something was not adding up right.

If he had a girl as amazing as Rachel Berry, despite her obnoxiousness she was amazing, he would be kissing her every second he had.

Granted he wanted to do that to the actual Rachel Berry since the minute he laid eyes on her but right now he needed to see what was up with the girl.

The jock decided to confront her one day after glee rehearsal in the auditorium, Rachel had her back turned to the empty seats as she was organizing sheet music on the piano.

"Hey, Hot Jewish American Princess." He greeted, using a nickname he used only when they were in private or when he wanted something, jumping onto the stage with a 'thump'.

He frowned when Rachel jumped a bit to the side, putting her hand onto of her heart area and looked at her friend. "Noah. . . you scared me." She stated, breathing a bit harder than usual.

"Scared you? No one else calls you 'Hot Jewish American Princess' except for me." He teased her with a smile. "And if they do, I need a name so I can punch them."

His face fell once again when the brunette just coughed and went back to sorting music. Normally, she would tease him about other boys calling her that and they would laugh.
