Breaking the Fourth Wall... Again.

"Okay, the rest of us stick together and search the boat from top to bottom." Eva said standing up from kneeling over Dally. Aster and Astred nodded, even though they were going to stay here with Percedale. While we were distracted though, we had failed to notice that Ruel had gone missing until Eva spoke up again, "wait." She said examining the room, "where's Ruel?" We all then quickly rushed out of the room, save for Aster and Astred, and crowded in the hall.

"Now this is getting really scary." Amalia stated with a shaky and whiny voice.

"We gotta stay calm!" Yugo chimed in and then raised his fist pridefully, "stay back so we cover all sides, okay?" He asked with more of a commanding tone. Oh, good battle strategy.

"I completely agree Yugo," Eva said, "we've gotta do everything we can to find Ruel. He's probably just in the men's room."

I was going to say something, but before I had time (*cough* Oh uh... sorry... continue the story...) we all flinched at the sound of none other than Princess McScardy-Pants' scream.

Why does she have to scream every five seconds?! This is worse then fighting that boss on Xenoblade Chronicles that says, "you'll pay for your insolence," every ten seconds! If there is a death machine stowaway on this ship, why, just why can't it kill Amalia?! I mean, Dally is way better than her in every way possible, why kill him?! Ugh, I'm done with these people and I'm done wasting my time here! Oh wait... I think she has a reason to scream this time. Oh crap, now I'm getting scared. "W-what is it?..." I asked hesitantly. I proceeded to slowly walk beside her, followed by Eva while Yugo simply teleported in front of us all.

"What's the matter?" Eva inquired frantically, "did you see something?!"

"No..." Amalia said holding her cheeks with her hands. (Obviously because... what else would she hold them with? Her feet?!) "I just imagined Ruel in the men's room!" Okay, first off, why would she do that? Secondly, I feel like ending my existence now because we're on a ship with a murderous beast who won't murder the most annoying character on this show! Why does Ankama hate us so much?! (R.I.P. Amalia fans...)

Eva turned her head and glared at Amalia while growling angrily and Yugo sighed, but me? What did I do? I lost it. All of it! First of all, all I wanted was some sleep, but nooooo, why would a little Eliatrope like myself be allowed to sleep?! Second of all, she shouldn't scream when there is nothing to be afraid of. Lastly, I'm so tired everything is ticking me off! Do you know how much time we're wasting?! I could be sleeping peacefully right now if they're not going to take a psychotic passenger seriously! "That's not scary Amalia!" I yelled, "if you're going to scare us all by screaming you best be dying! I'm tired, I need sleep, this is wasting my time! My precious time! Ugh! Do you not realize that we could all actually die from a sane cause here?! If you're going to die from something as little as a thought, then why are you even here?!" Oops, that might have been too far.

"You think I'm not tired?!" Amalia shouted, "trust me I am! Probably just as much as you! And who cares if I'm freaked out a little by a thought! You could never understand. Also, how dare you speak to a princess like that! And at least I help during battles instead of wondering off into forests and finding new people to adventure with us! You're basically useless here!"

I took a deep breath of anger and exhaustion, about to release a screech of pure anger when Eva chimed in, "stop yelling both of you! We need both of you and right now is not the time to argue!" She snapped with a glare, "I understand you two are tired and need a break, but pushing each other away isn't going to solve anything is it?"

"She started it." Amalia said under her dumb royal Sadida breath. I was going to respond, but I decided I'd be more mature and let it slide... For now. I then just sighed and turned to look at Yugo, who was staring at me with wide eyes.

"Good." Eva said, "now behave yourselves." There was a moment of awkward silence before Evangelyne pulled out a lit lantern from who knows where and began to speak again, "okay, now we team up and find Ruel. And keep your eyes open, okay?"

"Okay." Yugo, Amalia, and I all said at the same time. It didn't take long for us to start slowly walking down the dark corridors of the ship. As if we had rehearsed this, we all began to call out Ruel's name at the same time, hoping for a response. There was a long pause of silence as we all followed behind Eva. It didn't take long before we stopped at a doorway. Eva hesitated before she very carefully and slowly opened the small wooden door. It creaked as she sluggishly pushed the door inward revealing something. Something I bet you can't guess...
