Racing around the canyon was difficult. At least in the shade we didn't get exhausted so easily. We had been searching for three days by now. Luckily, we were able to rest for a bit last night but quickly resumed our quest of searching for the Dofus egg. It feels like we've looked everywhere by now though.

"Guys! Over here!" Yugo yelled from ahead of us. I quickly teleported beside him and looked around. He seemed to have crashed into one of the canyon walls, but he quickly got up. He's been using his extremely fast teleportation speed thing so much recently but he hasn't really caught on to the fact that the faster you go, the harder it is to stop.

"Does this look like the dragon's head?" He asked.

"Not really," Ad replied. "It looks more like Ruel's."

"Are you sure this is the right place?" Yugo inquired. "We've been looking for three days now."

"Yeah, maybe it's somewhere else." I said.

"Grougal said; at the crossroads of two great currents of Wakfu by the dragon head rock," He got progressively higher in the air as he spoke. "There lives the guardian of Grougaloragran's Dofus."

"Very precise, as usual." Yugo said, leaning against the rock he had just crashed into. As he leaned on it this time, the rock shook and began to fall over, Yugo following until I caught him. "Oops."

"Very graceful, as usual." Adamai said, flying back down beside Yugo.

I laughed a bit at the two of them as Az flew beside me. I smiled at the tofu, desperately missing Paku. "Oh hey..." I said softly. "You haven't seen Paku anywhere have you? I think I left her with the others... But... I dunno." I said quietly.

"Hm?" Yugo asked. "Yeah, I don't think I've seen Paku this entire time." He said. "I'm sure the others are taking care of her though! You don't have to worry, Kaido! We'll find her!"

Az chirped and looked toward where the pillar had fallen. An entire staircase made out of the red stone from the canyon had appeared, leading downward. Yugo made a portal and leaped through it to get the bottom. I followed his example and did the exact same thing.

"Wow!" Yugo gasped. "A hidden oasis!" Looking around, there was a giant pillar in the center of the area and around it looked like a circular ditch that used to be filled with water but had dried up by now. Around the pillar seemed to be the remains of an ancient building.

"Hey look!" Yugo said, running up to one of the windows. "Someone lives here!" Huh? Someone lives there? Oh wow! I wonder if there are people who manage to survive on this island! "Hello!" Yugo called. "Anyone home?" He paused for a second but when no one replied he spoke up again. "Agh, great. And the rock isn't here either!"

I sighed softly as we all began to search the town for anything. There were stairs that seemed to connect each house the the next. Many of them seemed to be stacked on each other. We explored different areas of the town before regrouping at the bottom of the stairs.

"I'm tired, my wings are aching, and it's getting late." Adamai said.

"Yeah, we should rest up for the night and try again tomorrow." I added.

"Hopefully the people who live here will be back soon so we can figure out where the guardian is!" Ad cheered.

"Well, where do we sleep?" Yugo asked.

"Not in a house! We're not even a guest!" Adamai replied, "Follow me!" He said as he flew toward a rock. The rock was giant and we all cuddled up beside it, trying to keep warm in the freezing cold night of the desert.
