Halloween Special Part 1

"The woods!" Aster shouted randomly. "some of the worst places to ever exist at night time!"

"You mean like..." Amalia said and shivered slightly as she looked around, "right now? We're in a woods at night."

"EXACTLY!" Aster yelled and then followed it with mischievous laughter. "Haven't you ever heard of the legend?" He inquired.

"U-um," Astred stuttered a little, "m-maybe we shouldn't-" Her voice ended up muffled as Aster placed his hand over her mouth gently, so as to not hurt her.

"Hush, dear little sister." He lightly whispered into her ear. "I'm going to tell all of you the WORST legend of your life!" He said and then cackled evilly. "Are you prepared for the most horrific story you can possibly be told?! Some say it's true, and others say it's that of myth. But I... I know it's real!" He stated. Eva rolled her eyes and Amalia looked freaked out a little.

"Wow Aster!" Yugo said, "this sounds kinda freaky! You sure we'll be able to handle it?"

"Oh please!" Dally chimed in, "Rubilax and I can take on anything!"

"Pfft, please." Rubilax began, "I'm the one doing all the work."

"You take that back right now!" Grovy yelled as he bashed the poor sword against the forest ground.

"Hey!" Aster yelled, "I'm trying to tell a legend of pure awesome and horrific-ness to you guys!" He paused for a breather, "so if you'll listen to me, that would be nice!"

"Brother..." Astred spoke quietly. "You should calm down a little, I'm sure he-"

"CALM DOWN?!" Aster quickly yelled, "yeah. Okay lil' sis! Just as long as everyone listens..."

"I'll have you know, I haven't said a word this entire time..." I said with a small glare.

"O-oh... Uh, not you Kaido!" Aster said rubbing the back of his neck and his cheeks grew a light pink. Wait... Is he blushing?! Because of me?! "S-sorry!" What the heck has gotten into him?! D-don't tell me he... Likes me?!

"It's fine," I said looking away from him and trying to act like I didn't notice anything. I've been taking lessons from Light Yagami in Death Note. Yeah that's right. I'm smart.

And a weeb... SHUSH OR I'LL CLIMB OUT OF THE STORY AND... Uh... SUE YOU! I bet you're scared now! Heh...

"Oh my gosh!" Amalia gasped. "Is that blush? Does someone have a wittle cwush?" She asked Aster, with a baby voice.

"What?!" Aster asked, "pfft, no way! Who would I have a crush on anyway?!"

"I'd say it was Kaido." Yugo teased.

"Yup, seems like he likes her to me!" Ruel agreed. Me, myself, and I, looked away from the crowd hoping they wouldn't notice my blush either.

"What?!" Aster yelled even louder, holding out the word for nearly a minute. "Are you kidding?! She's so weird though!" Nng! D-did he say weird?! "And she smells like a girl! Not to mention her eye thing! I bet she's a monster!" Double whack! A monster?! He thinks I'm a monster?! All I've ever been is nice to him!

"You..." I said, keeping my voice low, "you jerk!" I yelled before running into the woods. I could feel my eyes heat up before they got all teary. Don't cry about it, I told myself, he's not worth it. Stay strong Kaido. I continued running in the forest until I couldn't hear their voices anymore. I just wanted to get away.

~Ater's POV~

"K-kaido!" I yelled as I watched the poor girl run off, "wait! I didn't..." But she was already gone by now. Man, I screwed up this time. I sighed quietly as the others glared down at me.

"Way to go Aster." Amalia said, sassy as always, but I did deserve it.

"Yeah. Great job." Eva added sarcastically, "now she's all alone and probably doesn't want to talk to us."

I was about to apologize, when I remembered the legend I was going to tell them before all of this happened. "Wait! I-I..." I stuttered, "I have to go after her!" I yelled strongly.

"You're the last person she wants to see." Astred said quietly. "Maybe one of us should go."

"No!" I shouted, "you don't understand!" With that, I ran off in the direction she went to go look for her. If the legend is true, then she's in grave danger. As if on cue, I heard a loud scream coming from a female. It sounded an awful lot like Kaido.

In the legend, it states that at night if someone wonders the forest alone, and is in a very sad mood, something will snatch them up and they will never be seen again. Some think it's a ghost seeking revenge, and others say it's a myth. I think it's true, especially considering what just happened. Man, I feel so bad... Maybe I should have told the truth about her... She's awesome, and cool... I'm nothing without her. She's really pretty and smells nice... Man, I wish I thought more carefully.

"Aster." I heard a low groan of my name coming from behind me. "Aster. I'll make you pay for what you did." The voice sounded familiar, but too low for me to completely recognize it. I slowly turned around with wide eyes and they only widened when I noticed who it was, "K-kaido?" I asked slowly facing the girl. Her eyes were glazed over and looked frosted, and her skin was pale.
