Being the new girl

Let the drama comence...

"WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING?"
It appears I have just walked in on Hannah -you guys remember her right?- trying to kiss MY boyfriend!!!
"Katie, I didn't let her....she just came up to me and won't leave me alone."
"Oh hey babes, thought I'd check out this boyfriend of yours...he's well fit! I told you to watch your back hun."
I couldn't breathe. I wanted the world to swallow me up. I need to get out of here. Now. At that moment, I think Mia must have heard all of the shouting and came running out of the locker room. She grabbed my arm and pulled me outside. The cold air hit my skin like an ice sheet, but it was refreshing and helped me calm down. Mia didn't say anything all she did was pull me into a hug and didn't let go. I burst out into tears and didn't try and stop them. I'd never felt this low before and didn't care what anyone else thought. When I'd finished, I pulled away and looked Mia in the eye....shit, the plan... "Omg Mia, Grace needs to talk to you in the music room. I completely forgot....go go."
"Wait what? Are you sure you're ok...I won't go anywhere."
"No I'm fine...please go."
I wasn't going to let my drama mess up my plan for Mia and James to finally talk. I turned around to go back inside, but saw instead that Rhys was standing in the way. "Please move, it's cold out here and I want to go in."
"Katie no, not until we talk."
"There's nothing to talk about, it wasn't your fault. Hannah told me she would do something like this...but coming to Fallwood and trying to kiss my boyfriend....that's low."
"So you're not angry with me."
"No."
He grabbed my arm and slowly pulled me towards him. He slowly tilted his head and kissed my lips, softly at first and then more passionately. It was heaven, don't tell anyone! I pulled away and a smile drew itself on my face. I hugged him then went inside. I had one more task to do before the end of the day!
I saw Dan standing at the end of the corridor and walked towards him. I knew this whole transfer thing was a distraction, I just didn't know from what. "Oi loser, we need to talk!"
"Erm no we don't. Now F off and leave me alone!"
"Well tough luck, leave Amber alone and stop messing her around. What kind of shit boyfriend are you?"
"Like you care Katie! Tell that fit friend of yours....Hannah isn't it? I'm single now." I gasped. He's horrid! Why on earth would he do that to my best friend? "I hate you...Amber has too big of a heart! Do you have no decency at all?"
"No"
Great, now I have to break the news to her. This will not end well. I hurried off to the locker room as we all had PE next so I was hoping to catch her there. And I did...
"Amber....what are you doing?"
