We're all friends??

We were all a bit stunned that Grace and Mack were holding hands. They have always had a close friendship, but we hadn't realised it was this close...
We decided to go back to Aimee's as my parents are home tonight. Yeah, I'm not seeing them....you could say I'm avoiding my family but I don't care! "Soo, Grace have you got anything you want to tell us?" Grace glared at me and then came out with "Meow" Ugh, really Grace. Everyone else erupted in laughter. She smirked at me as we walked through Aimee's front door. We all collapsed on the sofa, no one knew what we should do next. The silence wasn't awkward it was comfortable which was uncomfortable. I hadn't ever gotten along with half of these people before, I haven't even been at Fallwood long and I'd made so many comfortable friendships! I looked around to see the smiles I'd become to know so well, after all the traumatic times at Cheadle it's nice to finally belong.
"Katie, I still can't believe we've only known you for a few weeks!" Aimee said.
"In all honesty, neither can I. I feel like I've known you guys all my life!"
We all cringed, and laughed some more, it's nice to have friends who like me for me!
"Sooo, Mia how are you and James doing?"
She glanced him, then a smile crept it's way on her face;
"Good, well better than good!" They kissed softly, it was so sweet. Me and Rhys glance at each other and smile, I always thought none of these people would betray me!
"Anyone up for the bottle spin game....no 7 mins in heaven though!"
Amber replied first, "Sure, this should release some tension!" I have no idea what she's talking about but the others agreed. I spun first and it landed on Rhys so I was Ok, it was only when Rhys spun and it landed on Mia that I got concerned. James looked furious but they still did it...we gave up after that realising it was hopeless.
We decided to go for a walk to clear our heads and it worked, we were all laughing and smiling again...until a figure of my past reappeared, "Katie hi!"
"Jake?!"
