Being the new girl

1. New Year, New Drama

Well here I am. 2018 at Fallwood High! All the drama of starting here and the bitchy kids that go here can all be left in 2017. It's Monday today and our first day back after the Christmas break. I'm pretty excited to go back, but I'm more nervous!

I walked through the gates and was greeted by Mia, Aimee, Leila, Grace and Evie. We headed to our form room whilst discussing what we all did and got for Christmas, I haven't seen anyone over the break as I was at my Grandparents. Mia got a new dog, Leila, Evie and me got new phones, Aimee got tickets to see some band she's wanted to see in forever and Grace got some dragon things. The atmosphere around our group was refreshing and we never discussed the dramas of 2017 once...well except when we were in form and got dragged outside by our form tutor as somehow he found out!

"Girls I hope all of this is sorted, Kenna has been transferred to a different form and Ross has moved schools. I wish you all the best for 2018 as this probably won't have ended..."

"Erm, Thanks Sir. I think. Could we go back into class now?"

"Yes, sorry Katie. I'll be back in a moment. Do what you like for now!"

Me Leiston raced off somewhere as we all laughed then headed back inside. Rhys came over and kissed me, A smile spread across my face as I've missed him so much. Aimee and Grace rolled their eyes but Mia and Leila couldn't talk as I've seen them both around James and Matt. We ship Evie with this boy called Aaron as we all know they like each other!

"I'm still pretty upset about Ross. I never thought he'd cheat on me, we were so close and perfect together."

I smiled sadly as we all glanced at each other...not really knowing what to say. Until the new boy, yes another, who we were told about at the end of last form came in and Aimee's face lit up. I think his name is Kyle...
