Chapter 12-

I listened to my iPod as I waited for the boys to get back. I snuggled deeper into the couch. His hoodie really did smell good. What in the world. I shot up and grabbed a piece of paper.

My Life~Cutting the Crap

1) Talk to Sally about what I need to write.

2) Start on Article.

3) Figure out my feelings towards Harry. What are we? Is there a we? Can it work?

4) Talk it all out to the girls.

5) Tell Harry about internship?

6) Quit internship?

7) Ask Harry what kind of colonge he uses.

8) Talk to Louis. YIKES!

9) Get the boys' schedules down, so I can do my 'assistant' job better.

10) Have a 'Me Day' so I can think it all through, by myself.

I looked down at my 'To Do' list and sighed. What a mess I'm in. I really needed to sort it all out. Once I talk to Sally, I'll be able to start on my assignment. I know what my feelings towards Harry are. I like him, a lot, but could we even work out? I'm practically lying to him and he is a big celebrity. I really need to tell the girls about everything, they will help me figure it out. If I tell Harry about the internship, will he be mad? Probably. Will he ever want to speak to me again? Then I need to talk to Louis. That moment was weird, but I don't think we really like each other. We just got caught up in the moment. I'm really not doing my 'job' well. What do personal assistants do anyway? I need to be alone for awhile.

"Hailie? The concert is about to start if you want to come watch," Josh, the drummer, said interrupting my thoughts.

"Yeah, okay," I answered him. I folded the paper and stuck it in my pocket. I stood up, put Harry's hoodie down, and followed him to the backstage area. The boys were huddled in a group just out of view from the audience. Josh ran to get in position.

Harry looked up and saw me. Smiling, he made his way over to me.

"Good luck kiss?" he asked. I rolled my eyes and kissed his cheek. He looked hurt.

"What?" I questioned, raising my eyebrow.

"Nothing, I just thought we had moved past pecks on the cheek," he answered.

"I want you to be able to remember the lyrics,Harry. That's why I didn't kiss your lips," I said, cheekily. He laughed and shook his head.

"Harry, quit flirting and get ready!" Liam yelled. That sent me into a fit of giggles.

"She started it!" Harry retorted, slinking back to their little group. I shook my head at him and found a seat.

The concert was amazing, the boys were such goof-balls on stage. I was nearly deaf from all the screaming girls. They had just sang the last song, and were headed backstage, for a little signing and pictures.

"No PDA. We don't need rumors," I told Harry sternly when he came to stand by me. We were waiting on the rest of the boys to get changed.

"I'll try to keep my hands off you," he said, winking. You would think his eye would be permanently shut, from all the winking he does.

"Good, because right now, I'm your assistant, nothing else," I replied. I smacked his butt before following the boys to where the fans were waiting. He seemed startled, but he didn't get to sat anything, because he was ushered over to a table. I went and stood awkwardly in the corner.

"Do you think she is dating one of them?" A blond haired twelve year old whispered to her friend.

"Not a chance, she is way to ugly," her friend whispered back. Their words stung. Am I not a human being with feelings? Seriously, I hate when people judge complete strangers by the way they look. Like what the (insert swear word).

"Did it hurt?" Harry asked, walking up behind me. He was glaring at the two girls in front of us.

"Did what hurt?" the blond's friend asked.

"When you went blind, because this girl is beautiful. If you can't see that then you are obviously blind." I gaped at Harry. Did he just say that to one of his fans?

"Isn't someone rude?" the blond said, flipping her hair and then walking away. I scoffed as the other turned on her heels and did the same. They were totally going somewhere in life.

"Thanks, but you shouldn't have done that. Twitter is going to eat you alive." I told him, poking his cheek. He smiled and shook his head, and went to take some pictures with fans.

I sighed and went to talk to Paul.

"Hey, Paul, anything new?" I asked, nudging his shoulder. He smiled down at me.

"Nothing really, Harry received some fan mail, you'll have to help him reply to some of it. And we are having a staff meeting right after this that you'll be apart of. We are planning dates and hotel stays."

"Alright, sounds good," I answered, before a huge group of girls ran up to us.

"Paul! Could we get a picture?" a girl in front asked. Paul chuckled as he posed with them. He tried to take pictures with all of them, but security had to usher most of them away. I laughed and shook my head muttering,"A body guard who needs a body guard."

"Crazy isn't it? Those girls would do anything, just to make the boys smile," Paul commented, before telling the guys to wrap it up.

~An Hour Later~

I waited for my cab outside of the office. The meeting had just ended. We went over the dates and I reserved our rooms at the hotels we would be staying at. It was pretty hectic, but I was glad I was finally contributing. I was dog tired though. It was a little past 12 when we had started the meeting and now it was 1:30. OH CRAP! I forgot to call my mother. I scrambled to get my phone out.

"Hey mom, I'm calling, but you didn't answer, so I'll just try you tomorrow, it's 1:30 in the morning here, so please don't call back. I've had a long day. Love you, bye," I said into the speaker. I got in the taxi that had just arrived and told him where to go. I went inside and collapsed onto my bed, falling asleep instantly.

A/N Hey there! Just stopping by to say that this is now entered into the Watty Awards, so please vote and comment if you like it! I would be very greatful!!! Lots of Love <3 ~Kita x
