Melody falls to the floor before she could finish. "Mel!" Lucas exclaims before following. My head suddenly feels dizzy, black sledges block my view and there's a tugging at the back of my mind.
Sleep~
I hear Natsu yell something, feel his hand leave mine, see a burst of orange and yellow and fall to the floor. Slowly I feel my senses drain away from me.
Sleep~
No...I can't....not now.....
My strength slowly drains away as my body gives up the fight.
Sleep~
Have to fight it....
"Come on Lucy!" I hear my mother call. "We're right here." I hear my dad call.
Mum....dad.....slowly my will drains away from me. My inside smiles at the thought of seeing them...maybe this won't be so bad....
"Hurry up Lucy!" Michelle calls and Plue barks.
Wait...Michelle and Plue aren't dead!
I suddenly regain my senses. What am I doing? The black splodges fully take up my vision and everything slowly leaves. I can't give up. Not here. They still need me.
"I'm here Luce..."
Natsu....
With every ounce effort I can muster, I force myself up. And with a large yell to emphasises the effort, I stand up straight. "I won't let you take Lu-OW!" Natsu yells as I hear him being thrown into a wall. Blood boils deep within me as something sweeps over me. "Celestial goddess form: Seresute." I chant instinctively under my breath.
My body is slowly lifted into the air and I feel a soft golden light surround my body. The blankets that surrounded me dropped to the floor and exposed my body. Something sprouted from my back, and what I assumed would be pain, something al last like relief filled the space where they sprouted. Something encloses my body and I feel safe. Then, almost violently, a surge of power floods through me and my head jerks back in surprise.
Once it's over I'm slowly placed on the ground. My vision's returned so I look at myself.

There's a sword in my right hand and my left is aflame. "Y-You're a goddess?" The man, whom I still don't recognise, asks in shock. "Would seem so." My voice, though I'm not controlling it, replies. "H-How!?" He exclaims. "I..." "In every element, a goddess is chosen." My voice replies. "It's usually the strongest, but exceptions have been made. I, it would seem, am the strongest in the celestial element, Mel is the strongest in the all-rounded elements, in other words she's the strongest of the 'all element bearers', Juvia is the strongest in water, Mira is the strongest in demonic elements, Erza is the strongest in knightly elements eccetera eccetera..." "I don't understand, I've tried for years to gain that power in the darkness elements, and I still haven't got it." He says. "And if that's the case, how come they haven't used their powers yet!?" "The power is only given to females." My voice says. "The power is only compatible with the female body, since the male gene hunts it down and destroys it. Juvia, Mira and Erza haven't used their power because they haven't unlocked it. I unlocked my power when I was unconscious just now, but let it loose when you threw Natsu into a wall." The man growls lowly. "Enough!" He says. "It's obvious I won't be able to take you this way, I will have to return later." A cloud of smoke surrounds the man and he smiles evily. "Adios!" The smoke fully surrounds him and he vanishes.
