Chapter 29

             Shi'day stood face to face with Mishon. He was leaned up against his black  navigator apparently waiting for her to come out the restaurant. Earlier today he popped up on Monica and asked her about Shi'day....

Mishon watched as Monica was coming out the corner store. He been wanting to reach out to shi' for days but couldn't pull his self to go to her face to face. She stared him up and down with a mug on her face before looking back up in his eyes again "No" she said turning around opening her car door, but just as quick as she opened it he closed it back causing her face him with a more stank mean mug.

"Mishon no... You fucking hurt that girl she's been crying and some more shit. How could you hurt her like that and don't even give her a good a reason to why you did it. She has been through enough and I feel like she don't need you in her life bringing even more hurt" Monica said no holding back with her tongue.

"You don't understand I can't be without her" he said lowly with a semi hurt voice.

It was at that Monica looked in his eyes and seen that he really cared for Shi'day it was something in his eyes that told her so. She seen the same look in his eyes that she seen in Shi'day that day at the restaurant.

"What is it that you want me to do"? She asked folding her arms over her chest.

"Talk to her... I miss her bad yo... I know I fucked up and if I could explain why I left Shi'day to make you understand I would but I can't. No before you ask it wasn't no other girl or none of that it was business and I didn't want her involved" Mishon explained telling the truth in his own words.

"And how do I know that business ain't gonna make you walk away from her again"? Monica asked as she cut her eyes at him.

"I can't make you believe that I won't all I can do is tell you that I won't" he said.

Monica nodded "Ard Mishon... But I'm still not talking for you" she said chuckling.

"Why not. .. come on she's ya bestfriend I know she will talk to you before she will talk to me" he said.

" No Mishon this is ya mess not mine and you need to fix this. Trust me she still wants you... She misses you... all she talks about is you so you need to go make up with her" Monica said.

Mishon smacks his lips and Chuckled. "Ard yo... I'ma go to her but if she rejects me just know you'll see me again". He said as he was walking away.

"You need to hurry up for she replaces ya ass" Monica joked laughing as she was getting in her car.

"Yeah the fuck Ard she don't wanna get nobody hurt" Mishon said laughing as he walked back over to his truck.

                                                           Back to Mishon and Shi'day:

He stood leaned up against his truck staring at her with a calm look. She had to keep from biting down at her lip because he looked so sexy and she missed him. "Bye Mishon" she said as she turned to walk away but she stopped when she felt him pull her back. He pulled her towards him holding her waist as he leaned his back back up against the truck. She was faced towards him with tears falling from her eyes she couldn't even look at him she just looked off to her side.

She looked away and nodded her head, a part of her believed him and the other part didn't.
