I heard about the shot on a site that promotes gf eating.

WE (for the most part) DONT WANT TO THE SHOT TO INDULGE ON FOOD
WE WANT THE SHOT BECAUSE WE DONT WANT TO GET SICK BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDNT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES
