Will was sitting at the desk in Jake' room, he was drearily staring down at his feet, and out of sheer boredom he began to hum to himself.  Tapping his knees Will began to bob his head and-surprising even himself-began to sing.

"Where the memories keep you company." he sang and found himself closing his eyes getting into the song. "After all my running, I'm finally coming...home... The world tried to break me. I found a road to take me...home-"

Will jumped when he heard a voice behind him. "Rayne?"

Will spun around and looked at Elaine who was partially sitting up, she was holding her head like she had a terrible headache. "Oh Ellie, your awake!" Will exclaimed shooting from the desk and sitting on the edge of the bed. Looking down at Elaine Will bit his lip not sure what he should say. "Um are you okay?"

"Oh Will," Elaine said still holding her head, and in a groggy voice he added. "What happened?"

"I wish I knew," Will admitted looking at Elaine apologetically. "But I just got here awhile ago. Jake and them went to look for Stark."

"What," Elaine asked trying but failed to get up, instead she grabbed her head again and fell onto the bed. "Oh my God, my head is splitting open."

"I wish I could tell you why you feel like this," Will said softly looking down at his hands. "But I was rushed down here from Terra."

"It's okay," Elaine aid still holding her head as he rolled over and drawing a blanket over her. "I'm going to try and sleep this off-"

Will heard the automatic bell tole three times, and he couldn't help but feel a shiver run up his spine. He looked out the window to see the city skyline. Be careful out there Jake.

Wallace had just finished running up down the stairs of the Saints' living quarters and was flying out the lobby area when he ran into one of his advisers. An older man by the name of Derek. He wasn't the tallest or the best Saint that had ever lived, but he was a trusted adviser of Wallace's. Without thinking he stopped and looked at Derek, who honestly looked like he had something important to say.

"Ah Chairman Fairchild there you a-" Derek said walking briskly over to him. "I've been trying to get a hold of you for some time now-"

"Derek I'm sorry but can we talk and walk," Wallace asked as he made his way towards the doors. "I need to get to the Aula right away."

"Yes of course sir," Derek said as he ket pace with Wallace. "But the reason I've been trying to get in contact is of some importance as well."

Descending down the front stairwell Wallace said. "Well than spit it out."

Derek hessitated a moment before speaking. "Wallace," he began taking Wallace off guard, Derek never called him Wallace, it was always Guardian or Chairman Fairchild. "The Council has voted no confidence against you-"

"Again," Wallace said rolling his eyes as they passes by the angel fountain that was in front of the Aula. "That's a new record I think. Four times in one month-"

"Wallace this one is serious."

"You say that about every one of these votes-" Wallace said as he was about to climb the first step but Derek pulled him down.

"Wallace this one is serious." Derek yelled causing several passer-byers to look at them. "This time only the Crafting Department stood with you. Not even your fellow Guardians voted for you, and all but yourself Mister McCarthy, and Lord Dominick were there. They all voted no confidence."

Wallace let his eyes grow big as he stared at Derek. "You're serious about this one aren't you?"

"Never been more serious," Derek said in a stern voice. "You need to get in there and try to convice the council not to vote you off-"
