Ch. 13: Forgive And Forget

Shailene POV: A couple of weeks later

I wake up in the morning feeling a little better. I shower. I put on a Betsey Johnson Pink Patch Simple Plaid-ition Dress and Plaid Nike Dunk High Tops. I leave my hair down and I walk out. I bump into Ansel and Zoe. 
"Whoa Shai. You look hot." Ansel says. 
I laugh. 
"Thanks." I say. 
"Ansel, I'll catch up with you later. Shai and I need to talk." Zoe says. 
He nods and walks away.
"Have you forgiven Theo yet?" She asks me. 
"No." 
"Why!? You like him right?" 
"Yea, maybe even a little more." 
"Then forgive him." 
"Alright then. Shoo. Let me go talk to him." 
She smiles, gives me a thumbs up and then walks away. 
I knock on Theo's door. 
"It's open." He yells. 
I open the door and see him sitting in the couch. He quickly stands up when he sees me. 
"Hey." I say softly. 
"Hey." He replies. 
"I just wanted to say, I'm sorry. And I forgive you." 
He hugs me and I hug back. 
We pull back. 
"You look beautiful Shai." Theo says. 
I smile and blush. 
And... BAM!
Just like that. 
He already had my heart fluttering.
