I pushed into Logan and I's room before I leaped onto his bed. It was surprisingly neat and I spiraled to face him as he locked the door.

"I need help with this," I barked as I sat down and looked up at him with round and troubled eyes. "How am I going to tell Poultice?"

Logan grumbled something before he sat on his bed and relaxed a bit. "This is much more comfortable than tents in the forest," he murmured thankfully as he crossed his arms behind his neck.

"Concentrate," I growled as I pressed a paw on his chest. "I really need help!"

Logan sat up and ran his hand over his face. "I don't know how you should go about doing this," he confessed as he stared at me. I bristled my fur and snarled a bit.

"Neither do I!" I leaped down from the bed and began to pace. I shuffled my paws around madly and swore under my breath. I narrowed my eyes to slits before I sat back on my haunches and moaned. "I just can't go out there and flat out tell him that I killed his brother!"

"How about you try softening the blow a bit," he suggested as he stood up and looked down on me in empathy.

"So tell him exactly what happened," I suggested with a shrug. This was all so new to me and I certainly couldn't mess this up. I needed to make sure that he didn't resent me forever but I had a feeling that he would. Nothing could bring back his brother and I had taken him away.

"Sure," Logan murmured and I knew he was trying to help me but he had no idea how to do that. He was struggling to help me. I was glad he was helping but I wasn't sure if his advice was actually good advice.

"Thanks Logan," I breathed before I he lowered his hand and I licked it affectionately. "For everything. This one I'm just going to have to do by myself."

Logan nodded slowly before we heard a knock at our door. I strode toward it and opened the door with my oversized claws.
