"Oh no."

"We gotta go, now!"

When we arrived, we saw the most houses on fire. But the one that caught my attention was mine.

It was the only one covered in lava.

"Go find the others! I'll go find Becky."

"Okay!"

I entered the house, and just then a block of burnt wood was just about to hit me.

"Aah! Becky!"

I entered further and further in the house.

"BECKY!"

"Jason?!" I heard from upstairs. "Help! AAH!"

"BECKY! I'M COMING! HOLD ON!"

The stairs were all burnt, so the remainin goption was to climb up. I jumped and grabbed the wall. Then jumped again, but as I was going to reach the door, the floor began to crack and fell under my feet, then I fell on the hard, wooden ground and blacked out.

This is how I am going to die?

---<***>---

The first thing I heard was the muffled voice of Scar.

"How is he?"

"Well, despite the wound from his head, he is fine and I'm sure he'll recover soon."

I decided to open my eyes. Bad idea.

"Aah!" The light was too bright for my eyes, so... yeah.

"What? Who screamed?" Becky's voice was low and trembling. I knew she was crying.

"It was Jason. He's awake."

"Jason...?"

"Yes."

"Jason!"

Then I felt her wrap her arms around her neck.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, kind of..."

"Jason... I was afraid I'd lose you..."

Her eyes began to get watery.

"Oh, don't cry... I'm here now. I won't do this again. I promise."

"You promise?"

"I prom-"

But before I could finish, she kissed me gently.

"Where are my parents?"

Her smile dropped.

"Jason... I'm sorry..."

"What? Where are they?"

"We... We found them in their house during the fire. They were screaming for help. We tried to open their door, but Scar came and took us from there."

"Where are they?"

"I don't know..."

I grabbed her shoulders in my desperation.

"Becky, where ARE they?!"

"I don't know!"

I released her.

"Scar, where are they?" I asked again, anger building up in me.

"I don't know. We left them in their house-"

"You LEFT them?!"

"We couldn't save them-"

"EVERYONE CAN BE SAVED!" I yelled, standing up.

"Their door wouldn't budge, Jason!"

"What if they were your parents? Or your wife?"

"Don't you talk about my wife! Plus, they weren't helping. They were a waste of supplies."

"YOU KILLED THEM ONLY FOR SUPPLIES! MOM WAS COOKING AND DAD WAS FARMING! ISN'T THAT ENOUGH HELP?"

"Everyone can do that!"

Suddenly, I saw my sword shining near the bed I was laying. I took the sword and raced to Scar and pinned him on the wall, sword at his throat. But it wasn't with my intentions.

"JASON!" I heard Becky yell.

"Let's see who is stronger now, Scar." I said with a big, evil grin on my face.

He got out his sword and pushed me. We both stood in our attack position. I was the first to charge at him. He blocked my attack and was ready to strike again, but I blocked that too. Our swords were clashing, but I caught Scar when he wasn't paying attention, and plunged my sword into his chest.

We all stayed silent and watched as he collapsed to the ground. Then I felt all the gazes burning into me. Not long after, he began to move, and we watched in horror as the wound at his chest began to heal. Then it hit me.

He was a shadow folk.

"WE NEED SUNLIGHT! BREAK THE WALLS!"

The thing jumped at me, trying to stab me, but I dodged every of its attacks.

"Please, hurry! I can't hold him any longer!"

"We're doing our best!"

Finally, I heard the sound of the last stone block breaking. I pushed the thing in the light, then stabbed it trough the chest.

It let out an inhuman scream, then said:

"Bewaaare... Your ennnnd is neeeear..." then it vanished.

I dropped the sword from my hand, and began to feel dizzy.

"Jason!" Becky said.

"I'm okay..."

"No, you're not. Get in that bed."

Once in bed, Emily told me to get some rest, but Becky asked me where was the real Scar.

"He's dead. A shadow folk would use the real character's body for it to recover, but it needed to be alive for the creature to heal faster." I said. "Scar left us."

"Oh, God..."

"Becky, I'm sorry, but this isn't the real world."

"I know, but-"

"Come here."

Then I put an extra-bed for her. She laid on it, and I took her in my arms.

"It's all going to be just fine. We'll get trough this, okay? Don't worry."

Then I kissed her gently.

"Can I sleep here?"

"Of course." I said smiling.

I quickly fell asleep, with the girl of my dreams in my arms.

[A/N] Guys, I am SOSOSOSOSOSO sorry about the lack of updates, but I have a life, too. And I wish I wouldn't. Why?

1) My parents found out about some bad grades and stuff from school and I had a suspention for some time.

2) Our internet is broken, so the suspention wouldn't make any sense, if it only restricted acces to technology.

3) Remember chapter 5? The Author's Note? That girlfriend stuff when I asked you to help me but you didn't? (Sorry, let's not mention that.) Well, we broke up. I found out that she was cheating on me with her ex. A friend told me, and eventually she confessed.

But now? Don't worry, because (awww ysssss) IT'S SUMMER TIME! Now I'll be able to update sooner. Cool, isn't it?

I'll go back to the previous chapters to make a little change after I publish this. I think I'll change the name and the cover of the story, because "Trapped in Minecraft" isn't such a good title for this story.

Well, nothing else to say. Just vote, comment, and share.

Bye!
