Chapter 4 - Why?

Peter had been inspecing the ears and tail for hours now. The water was making it clear that he looked like a mifa.

(Half animal half human hybrid)

He waited for Sam to come for him but he never did. He waited and waited and waited but nobody ever came. He finally realized that nobody was coming. He started crying and looked for a place to sleep on the island. He climbed a tree and slept there for the night, tear stains defined loudly on his face. 

When he woke up, he felt strange. The ears and tail had begun to shrink, thank goodness! He was disappointed that Sam never came. Nobody did and he was alone. Then he heard a yell. Someone was calling his name. He quickly ranover as fast as he could to find Sam was waiting for him. He reached out to grab his hand but Sam dissapeared. Then everything went black and the Goblin appeared. 

"Ugly and worthless, nobody loves you." He mocked. Next was Doctor Octopus.

"Nothing more but a pathetic lab expirament." He hissed. 

"STOP IT! I'M MORE THAN THAT AND I KNOW IT!" He yelled. He knew this was a nightmare. It had to be...

Then Sam appeared. 

"I don't love you and I never did. You're a freak and I hate you!" He yelled. He pulled back his hand to shoot him with his energy beams but Peter woke up, right before impact.

He curled into a ball and started to cry. It was true, Sam didn't love him... He never did... So why? Why did he say it? Why did he do it? Why? Why him?? Why?!

"WHY ME?!" He screaned to the island. Nobody answered and Peter sat alone, crying. 

Why?
