The One With the Great Prank War

Zadie's POV:
I was having breakfast with my sisters and watching tv.

"Are you going over to the Davenport's today?" Alex asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"Well, mom comes home today." Right, I forgot.

"Oh, yeah..." I trailed off. "What time?"

"We don't know." Wren said.

"Right." I said, standing up and putting my dishes in the sink.

"Zadie, do you hate mom?" Wren asked me.

"Ah, the question of the morning. No, Wren, I don't hate mom; she just gets on my nerves a lot."

"Well maybe you get on hers." Alex mumbled, earning a glare.

"Oh. Is that why you like dad better?"

"Exactly." I smiled, taking her plate as well.

"Oh please, you just like dad because he always gets you what you want." Alex retorted.

"Shut up, Alex. It's just stuff you won't understand until you're older. Okay?"

"Fine. So what are you doing with the Davenport's today?" She asked.

"I have no idea. Got any suggestions?"

"A prank war!" Wren yelled. Alex and I both look at her. "Yes, a prank war. Two teams."

"Actually sounds pretty fun. Thanks for the idea."

"If you use her idea, you have to let us join." Alex propositioned.

"You guys want to join in on a prank war?"

"If it happens." Wren clarified.

"I'll let you know." I said, laughing. I then walked out the door to the Davenports. I ran in and found them watching a movie in the living room. "Guys, I have the best way to make your Saturday not boring."

"Zadie, we're watching a movie." Leo said. "This is the best part: where the guy finds out it was his boss who was sending him the emails the whole time."

The rest of them had annoyed looks on their faces and rolled their eyes at Leo for spoiling the movie. "And we're done...what is it Z?" Chase asked.

"We're gonna have a prank war." I smiled.

"Oh no, are you talking about...?" Delta started.

"I am indeed."

"The Great Prank War." Leo finished.

"We promised to never do that again." Delta reminded.

"Eh, oh well. It'd be fun." I convinced.

"What is a Great Prank War?" Adam asked.

"So The Great Prank War is where there are two teams that go against each other and pull massive pranks on each other. For a team to win, the other team's players have to be caught in a prank. If you get caught in a prank, you are out of the war." I explained.

"I'm in!" Bree cheered. "Sounds fun."

"Yeah, that's my Bree!" I said, high-fiving her.

"So who's on what team?" Chase asked.

"The only fair way would be to draw, Team 1 or Team 2." I said. "Oh, and my sisters want in on this."

"Oh no, not Alex." Leo said in fright. "She's the worst."

"Leo, are you afraid of Zadie's little sister?" Delta asked.

"Yes, in the last war we had, she put a gold fish in my water bottle."
