Riley's POV

I woke up the next morning. I took a look around and remembered. I tried to get up but I couldn't. I looked up. James arms were tightly wrapped around me. I smile a little.

I reached over for my phone to check the time. It was 6:30 am. We still had another hour and a half till dance.

I wanted to just cuddle up into his chest, but I knew it would be wrong, even if he broke up with Beth and me and Josh were broken up. We had broken up and I'm not sure if I'm ready to get back together with him. He opens his eyes and smiles at me.

"Morning." He says. "What time is it?"

"Six thirty. We still have another hour and a half." I tell him.

"Good." He holds me closer to him. I knew it was wrong, but I just wanted to savor this moment for awhile. Nobody has held me in so long and made me feel loved.

After some time we got up.

"Can you drive me to Josh's apartment? I need my dance clothes." He gives me a puzzled look.

"Are you sure that's a good idea?"

"Relax. After we broke up last night he probaly went out and got drunk and is passed out on one of his idiot friends couch. I still have a spare key to get in." He nods.

We drive to the apartment building. I get out of the car, and James goes in with me. I put the key in the knob and unlock it. We walk in.

The place was in it's usual disaster. There was even dried up blood on the corner of the table where I beat my head off of it last night still. James looked shocked.

"I, um, uh..." He mumbled.

"James, I know. You don't have to say anything." I say quietly.

"I jut can't believe you stayed here." He says quietly. I could feel tears burning my eyes but I blink them back. I grab my dance bag, and haul James out of the apartment. We get in the car and drive to the studio without saying a word.
