Chapter 53

Riley's POV

We got off the plane and went to the hotel. We stood in the lobby as Kate told us who would be rooming with who.

"Alright, we have Eldon, Daniel, and Hunter in one large room, and Amanda, Thalia and Amanda in the other. Than we have Chloe and Michelle, Riley and Beth, and James and Charlie." She tells us.

I groan. Sharing with Beth was not going to be a pleasant experience.

James's POV

I glared at Charlie as he approached me.

"So, I guess we're sharing." He says.

"Yeah, I guess we are." I mutter.

Everyone crams into the elevator. Riley was pushed up against me. She looks up at me, and I look down at her. If this elevator wasn't crowded with people I didn't know, I would defiantly kiss her right now. And, you know, the fact that I broke up with her, and spent the plane ride arguing with her. She quickly looks away.

The elevator dings at our floor, and we pile out. Kate gives us our room keys and we head to our rooms.

Riley's POV

Me and Beth go into our room.

"What bed do you want?" I ask. She shrugs.

"Doesn't matter." She says.

"Alright, I'll take the bed by the window, if you don't mind." I say.

"Yeah, sure, no problem." She says, setting her bag on the other bed.

As we unpack, I look over at her. She was acting...Different.

"Look Riley," She speaks up. "I'm really sorry about everything that happened with James. I shouldn't have kissed him, and took him from you. I know you don't like me, and you have a right to, but can we just forget everything and be friends?"

I stopped my unpacking. I was in shock. Although there was a part of me that was still mad with her, and didn't like her, there was also a part where I wanted to forgive her.

I take a deep breath and turn to face her, a smile on my face.

"I forgive you." I finally say. She smiles back and runs toward me, tackling me with a hug.

"Okay, okay, calm down." I struggle to get out as she crushes me. She let's go.

"Oh, sorry, sorry." She says, still smiling. "So, were good now?"

"Yeah, we're good." I say, smiling back.

A/N:I feel like Beth is always the mean, psycho girl, and it may seem that I hate her character, but to be honest, I actually don't mind her that much. So, I wanted to show her nicer side, hoping that people will ease up on her a little.
