#35 Finding out your baby’s gender

Louis:

"It's a...girl! Congratulations!" As soon as Louis heard the word "girl" he just about fell over. He felt so many emotions run through his body. He could handle this, he grew up around girls. But this was different. This was his girl. His baby girl that he'd have to teach and take care of. To protect from all the bad in the world. To keep away from all the boys. He'd have to teach her as well as he could to not do reckless things and hope to god she would listen. But regardless, she'd be his baby girl for the rest of his life. His mind was coming up with names and oh, they should make her middle name his mother's and his mind was racing so fast he didn't realise he was crying until he felt your fingers brush a few tears off his cheeks. But he couldn't help it because this was all becoming so real, this was happening.

Zayn:

Girls. Two little girls. Zayn couldn't believe it. Twin girls. He thought about the fights they'd have, the boy trouble, the mischief they'd come up with. He was nervous to become a dad. Nervous he'd mess up; make a mistake he couldn't take back. And god, two girls. Two girls to add to the Malik family. Should they have unique names? Traditional names? Should they have the same letter? Or would that be too much? You name one, he name one? And god, double the diapers, double the food, double the, well, everything. But that meant double the love. And boy, did Zayn have love to give.

Liam:

Liam's mom held the answer in her hands, a small cake frosted in white icing. The cake inside would be either pink or blue, girl or boy. "Liam," she said. "Y/N, are you sure you want to know the sex of the baby?" You both nod excitedly, and she sets the cake in front of you two. "Alright," she said, putting her hands on her hips. "Cut it and see what gender is." You felt your heart start to race, taking the knife and starting to cut out a slice. And you gasp, seeing the bright pink cake, and all of your emotions start to rush and you begin to cry, because "Oh my god, Li, we're having a girl!"

Niall:

"Just tell me, true suspense is killing me!" Niall said, running his hand through his hair. You smiled, fixing your laptop screen. "I'm punishing you because you couldn't make it to the ultrasound," you teased. "I'm only kidding, Ni," you said before he could say anything. "If you really want to know..." you said, smirking.” You’ll be having a little boy to teach football." And you swear you have never seen him smile so hard. He opened his mouth, but no words came out. "I'm guessing you're a little excited," you say. "I just..." he said.” I can't form sentences, I'm so excited. I just... Can't believe this is finally happening."

Harry:

“It’s going to be a girl, I just know it.” Harry said. “You’re only saying that because you want it to be a girl.” You said, getting comfortable in the chair. “I’m pretty positive it’ll be a boy.” “No, it’ll be a girl.” Harry said. “How about we make this a bet?” You suggest. “How so?” He asked. “If it’s a boy, then you have to give me massages without a complaint whenever I want.” You say. “And if it’s a girl?” Harry asks, eyebrows raised. “If it’s a girl, then you can name her, and I can’t say anything about it.” “Hmm.” Harry pondered. "I suppose that’s a fair bet, okay, you're on." Just then, the ultrasound tech came in and prepared you. The machine turned on and once again, you saw your baby, only this time it was much bigger. "Would you like to know the gender?" You both nod. "Okay, Mr. and Mrs. Styles, it looks like...you're having a baby boy! Congratulations!"
