#41 The boys want you two to be together
Louis:
All 4 of the other 1D members kind of wanted you and Louis to be a thing. So, they set you two up. “Come on Y/N, he’s not a creep I swear! He’s really funny,” Harry tried to persuade you. “If this is like last time, Harry I swear-” he cut you off. “You two will get on great, I promise. It’ll be like you’ve known each other forever.” You should’ve paid attention, because when you showed up at the park… Louis was the only one there! “Hey you!” You’d smiled, hugging him. “What are you doing here?” “Zayn set me up, told me to meet a girl here.” “Harry did the same to me.” You both looked at each other in shock, only to see the boys come out from the bushes, singing in harmony. You were completely dumbfounded. “We kind of did this on purpose,” Niall said after they were done. “And it’d be a shame to let it go to waste,” Liam added. You couldn’t argue with that.
Zayn:
Everyday, Harry, Niall, Liam, and Louis would pester you about Zayn. It was so frequent that you just decided to ask him out yourself. Little did you know, they did the same to him about you. “Hey Y/N, can I talk to you a sec?” Zayn had come in to find you on the couch of the boys’ dressing room. “Sure, I was looking for you anyway.” He sat down next to you. “Go ahead, I’ll wait.” “No, you go first, you have to be onstage soon, and I don’t want you to be late.” “Okay fine. At the same time?” You nodded and counted to three. “Do you wanna go on a date?” You both gasped, thinking the same thing. “Do you wanna go out tomorrow for smoothies?” knowing tomorrow was his off day, you happily obliged.
Liam:
Harry and Zayn had a plan. The both of them knew you liked Liam, but didn’t want to ruin your guys’ friendship by dating. So, they decided to ask him a couple questions. “Liam, you’re close to Y/N, right?” Harry asked. “Of course. She’s one of my best girls.” “Don’t you wanna maybe… Be more?” He looked at the both of them, momentarily confused. “It’s just that, we think it’d be best if you maybe… Took her out, ya know?” Zayn suggested. “Lads, she wouldn’t go out with me.” Seemingly out of nowhere, you appeared in the doorway. “Actually, I kind of would. Pick me up at 7:30.” Liam stood there shocked. Harry and Zayn turned to you and gave you a thumbs up. You mouthed the words thank you and rushed off to get ready.
Niall:
It was no secret that you and Niall were close. You were one of his closest female friends. Many people insisted on you two getting together, and the boys were no exception. “Just go out already,” they’d all bluntly cry out as you two would laugh at some inside joke. It would only cause the two of you to laugh harder. “Ya know what?” Niall said. “That isn’t a bad idea… Y/N, do you maybe wanna go out sometime, ya know… Without these guys around?” “Sure thing, Ni,” you said smiling, and earning a chorus of kissing noises from the rest of the boys
Harry:
“Y/N, do you like Harry?” Louis asked. “Of course, Lou. I like all of you.” You replied with a giggle. “No no no,” Liam began. “We mean LIKE Harry.” You had never given it much thought. Harry was cool to hang with, but was he relationship material? “We’re just asking because we think you two get on pretty well is all.” You started to blush. The thought of being with Harry warmed you up inside. “I don’t know… I guess.. Maybe?” All the boys laughed at your answer. “You two would make a cute couple,” Zayn said. The rest of the day they teased you about it, prompting you to ask Harry yourself, and earning a surprising yes.
