#43 Your parents meet him for the first time:
Louis:
Everyone knows that Louis is a little bit of a joker. So the first day you introduced him to your mum the first thing out of his mouth was a joke. Even though he intended it to be funny she didn't think it was. "Nice to meet you, ma'am. I'm the father of Y/N's baby." You had to explain to her that he was only joking. "I told him not to make any jokes when he met you for the first time. I swear he was only trying to be funny." After she was finally convinced that you were not currently carrying his child, she actually became fond of Louis and they did sort of become friends.
Zayn:
Only your siblings had met Zayn, so when it was your parent's anniversary and vow renewal ceremony, your boyfriend was invited along. Your mother had made all the arrangements. She explained to you over the phone that when you and Zayn arrived at the little two-story building, to find her at the pool and she'd give you the key to your room. It surprised you that she was allowing you two to stay in a room together, as she didn't support sex before marriage. When you finally arrived Zayn was extremely nervous to meet your whole family, so you told him to start taking the suitcases up to the room, while you got the key. A few minutes later you unlocked the door and realised why you were allowed to stay in the same room, there were two beds. Your mum intended you both to sleep on your own. "We're going out to dinner in twenty minutes, Zayn. My parents said they'll come and get us." You start to get ready, but Zayn has other ideas as he walks up behind you and starts kissing your neck. Before you know it the two of you are doing the no pants dance on one of the beds. Suddenly you hear, "Y/N!" As the door flies open and your parents were stood at the doorway, watching you and your boyfriend have sex! Zayn yanks the covers up and accidently rolls out of the bed. "Oh! Uhhm... Mum, Dad this is Zayn. My boyfriend." Let's just say that they didn't really like him, until he showed them how wonderful he was when he wasn't, 'in action'.
Liam:
The two of you had been secretly dating for just over a month and he wanted to let everyone know: the fans; the boys and your parents. You weren't ready for the mountains of comments that would start pilling up as soon as your little secret was out, so Liam begged you to just introduce him to your parents. You agreed and invited him over for a dinner the next night. Your mum and dad opened the door to see the sweet and romantic Liam holding a bouquet of roses. Immediately he was welcomed with open arms.
Niall:
The first time they meet Niall it's at a family party. At first your dad doesn't like him, but after he sees how much your boyfriend can eat, your dad adores him. By the end of the night, Niall's already a major part of your family, which you knew he always would be.
Harry:
Your relationship was a rocky one. You and Harry fought almost every day, but you really did love each other so much. But one day the fight was absolutely awful, the worst it's ever been. You packed up your things and left; Harry followed you and begged you not to leave. The safest place you knew was your parents house, so that's where you went. It took a day and a half for Harry to stop calling you. When you had arrived at your parent's door, they had welcomed you in and let you crash on the couch. It had been nearly a week when there was a knock on their front door. Both parents opened it to see your ex. Was he your ex? But he was standing in the doorway, looking miserable and dripping wet from the cliché rainstorm. "Mr. and Mrs. Y/L/N, I'm Harry Styles and I love your daughter. Please tell me she's here?" You hear your father's voice and then your mother's. "Baby?" Harry's leaning over you now, his eyes are red and his voice is hoarse like he's been crying for a week straight. "I'm so sorry. I never meant what I said. I love you so much, Y/N. Please forgive me?" "Of course, Hazza." Even though he's soaked to the bone, you pull him into a tight hug and kiss him hard. Somewhere in the background you hear your mother awwing.
A/N: Okay so I know the Zayn situation, but I can't not put him in these preferences! So I hope you don't mind that he stays in theses.
