Ash p.o.v.

"Hey, Can-do you have a minute?" Ash asks after third period.

"Yeah what's up?" I ask her.

"Nate has a girlfriend." She whispers. She sounds hurt and so emotional. I want to break his neck. "That's all." She says. I nod my homework. "I did the homework for math." She adds.

"That's good now lets go to fourth." I say. We walk in silence towards fourth period.

"Hey babe." Derek greets.

"Hey." I smile.

"Hey Ash." He greets.

"Hey Derek." She waves. We take our seats and prepare for the lesson. Ash and I sit in our table and she's quiet throughout the whole lesson.

"Here." Derek places the peaches on my tray and kisses my check.

"Thanks." I smile.

"Here Ash." I hand them towards Ash.

"Thanks guys." She smiles and looks down at her tray and eats in silence. Nixon's sitting next to her. Sam is sitting with Gilinksy. Hayes and Johnson sit together. Derek shoots me a questionable look. I give him the I will tell you later look. I eat and I scan the cafeteria for Nate. Once I catch I'm give him a good smack and a yelling.

"Aren't you exhausted?" Derek asks after practice.

"Not really." I smile.

"Why was Ash being all weird today?" He asks.

"I can't say, she's fine though." I say. He raises his eyebrow at me.

"When she's ready to talk, she'll talk." I say.

"It's about Ana?" Derek asks.

"Who?" I ask.

"Nate's new girlfriend or fuck buddy. She's Nate's new thing." Derek says.

"How?" I ask. "He's been posting about it." He answers my questions. I nod my head and bite my lip. "Once you find out how much she's hurting tell me and I'll deal with him?" He asks.

"I'm kick his ass once I see him and I won't hold back." I say.

"I'll be there to kick his ass too." He says. I pull him into a kiss.

"I got lucky for sure." I smile.

"I got lucky. Now let's get you home." He leads me to his car. He drives us home and we say our goodbyes and go study. I have dinner with my family and study for a bit. I make my way towards Ashs room. I find her on her bed writing.

"Hey." I greet. She pats on the empty mattress space. I take a seat.

"It's fucked up. I thought I had something with him and then he drops this. He didn't even tell me he just posted it." She takes a pause. She looks at me. "I was actually beginning to like this guy and he pulls this shit." She says. "It's okay cause I got realize that he isn't those to stick around. I'm not either, I'm a free bird." She says giving me a smile.

"Derek wants to kick his ass." I say.

"Keep Derek and protect his crazy ass from harm coming his way. Tell him it's not worth it, I was in it for the fun." She says.

"Are you sure cause I brought chocolate and ice cream?" Derek says.

"I don't mind the chocolate." She smiles.

"Or the ice cream." I smile. Derek gives us the goodies and greets me with a kiss.

"Ash are you sure you don't want me to kick his ass? I wouldn't mind." Derek offers.

"It's fine Derek. Thank you though. I can take care of myself. It means a lot though." Ash says.

"It does." I tell him.

"You might get laid because of this so squeeze all the juice out it." Ash says making us laugh. Derek shakes his head. "Now go to bed and let me fall asleep I have school tomorrow." Ash says kicking us out of her room. I take Derek hands and walk him out. I kiss him good night and then make my way towards my room.

Andres p.o.v

"I like you a lot Andres." Janell says.

"I like you a lot too Janell." I tell her making her eyes light up. She pulls me into a kiss.

"I guess we can tell our families that we're going on dates now." She says smiling after we pull away from the kiss.

"I guess we can." I smile.

"Andres." My eyes meet with Lacey's parents.

"Good night sir, mama." I say politely.

"It's nice to see you young man." Lacey's dad says .

"Likewise. If you'd excuse we need to get home. Have a nice night." I say walking away with Janell hand in hand.

"That was awkward." Janell says.

"Yeah it was." I add.

"I need to go home." Janell pouts once we reach her car. I kiss her lips.

"I'll see you in two nights." I say.

"I'll see you then." She kisses my lips.

"Drive safe." I say.

"Same to you." She says getting in her car and driving off. I get into my car and drive home.

"So it's Janell, the good one? Pretty with a beautiful personality?" Mama asks. I nod my head. "I so approve of her." She smiles.

"Me too." Mom says.

"I don't know who she is." Ashton says.

"She was the one throwing dagger eyes at Amelia for touching Andres at mamas the other night." Nessa says.

"Her father and I were buddies back in college." Nicolas says.

"You sound so old." Mom says making us laugh.

"I went to college with her grandfather." Papa says.

"Now we sound old." Mama says making us laugh.
