Andrea is allergic to Kiwi!

Janell p.o.v.

"I don't know Andy." I tell her. "I feel like I'm losing him." I say.

"I'm sure you're not, Janell." Andy says reassuring me. 

"He's always with her, he had her clothes in his place." I say.

"Janell, they have a daughter together, it might of have slipped in her baby luggage." She says. "I feel like I'm intruding in their life." I say.

"It's totally normal to feel that, my step mom felt that when she came into my dads life." She says.

"Andy your step mom is a total bitch." I say.

"Yeah, just don't be like her. Don't try to turn Andrea against her own mother or try to take her moms place. Be care with what you do around her, if you upset her without a good enough reason Andres will drop you. He's made it clear Andrea always comes first." She says. I begin to panic. "Now don't panic on me now, you're great, nothing like my step mom" She says giving me a warm smile. I nod my head, I know she's trying to give me tips on how to be the best around Andrea but it's not helping much. I still don't know how to act.

Days later

Andrea and I were hanging out in front of a caffe sitting down, waiting for her dad to come out of the bathroom.

"So how was your day?" I ask Andrea.

"Good, mommy and daddy gave me dinner." She smiles.  "They made me laugh." She adds telling me about last night.

"Your fruit salad, and pancakes." The waiter says placing down my plate in front of me. "The waffle for the beautiful princess." He says making Andrea smile. "Fruit?" Andrea asks. "Go ahead." I say. "And another waffle with fruits." He says. "Thank you." I say giving the waiter a smile. I see Andres coming back, I give him a smile, he turns it. "The food looks delicious." He says admiring the food. It does. We began to hear someone having trouble breathing. "What did she eat?" Andres asks moving closer to Andrea. "She got fruit." I say.

"She ate Kiwi." Andres says looking at my plate. He quickly picks up Andrea and runs with her down the street to the hospital, she was in some days ago.

Andres p.o.v.

"You reacted quick Andres, you saved her life." Stelzon says. "How did she even come in contact with Kiwi? Where is Lacey?" He asks.

"I was our having breakfast with Janell and I left them for few seconds, and she ate Kiwi. Lacey is at home, studying." I say.

"You need to call her and explain this, because if you don't then I will and you don't want me to do that." He says. "Tell your girlfriend to be careful around Andrea. She's a child." He adds. "By the looks of it Andrea developed a more serious allergy towards Kiwi, before it was just a rash now it compromised her air way, I need to run some tests on her to make sure she's okay." He says. I nod my head. "And Andres don't forget to call Lacey." He adds walking away. I pull out my phone and call Lacey.

"Hey whats up?" She says picking up.

"Lacey, I need you down in the hospital we we're at last time with Andrea." I say.

"What's happened? Is she okay? Are you okay? Did something go wrong?" She asks.

"Lacey, Andrea had an allergic reactions, she's getting treated right now. She's in good hands." I say.

"I'm on my way." She says hanging up.

"Is she doing better?" Janell comes in asking. "You should leave before Lacey gets here, she's going to try to kick your behind for letting our daughter eat Kiwi." I say. She looks surprised at my reaction to her. She nods her head and leaves the room.

"How is she?" Lacey asks coming into the room with teary eyes, she looks so worried. "She's better, Stelzon is treating her, she has the best care." I say.

"How did this happen?" She asks. I take a deep breath. "You need to sit." I say. She gives me a questionable look. "Please." I pled. She takes a seat and I sight in relief. "Janell, Andrea and I went to eat breakfast, I had gone to the bathroom and Andrea had eaten fruits. Janell wasn't paying attention to her and she ate a Kiwi, she couldn't breathe Lacey." I say with teary eyes. The tears escape her eyes.

"I've told her numerous times before you take my daughter that she's allergic to kiwis." She says. "I don't want her near my daughter Andres, she's irresponsible, she knew." She says surprising me. I nod my head. I take a seat besides her an she leans on and I feel her cry silently. I wrap my arms around her pulling her closer. I kiss the top of her. "It's going to be okay Lacey, I'm here, you're not alone. We will deal with this together." I say kissing the top of her head. "It's so much too quickly." She barley makes out. I wipe the tears away from her face. She hiccups, seeing her like this is causing a tug on my heart.

"I need to speak with her Andres, I need to." Lacey says once she's done trying. "My daughter is the most precious thing I have, if something worse would of happened I would of lost my mind. I felt my heart stop once you told me she was in the hospital." She says standing up. I get up nodding my head understanding the feeling. I felt it when I saw Andrea struggling to breath, when I found out she was in the hospital a couple of days. I wrap my arms around her and comfort her.

Janell p.o.v.

I walk back to check up on Andrea and I see Andres and Lacey having a moment. She's crying and he's holding her, he wipes her tears away. I heard everything Lacey said, about her daughter meaning the world to her. I had let her down, I had let Andrea and Andres down. She gets up and Andres embraces her in a hug, they stand there for a while and I watch them, I force myself to leave.

"Janell." Nessa's says. I look up to see Kiara, Ashton, Astrid, Vicky, Nicolas and Nessa. "How's Andrea?" Ashton asks.

"She's doing better, Andres and Lacey are with her. I need to get going, excuse me." I say leaving quickly.

I drive myself to Andy's, I don't want to go home. I park and make my way upstairs to Andy's.

"What's wrong?" She asks. "I made a big mistake." I admit. She pulls me inside and leads me to her living room.

"I was watching Andrea, and for a stupid second I removed my eyes from her and she ate kiwi." I says making Andy's eyes widen. "You What?" She asks. I nod my head. "I wasn't paying attention and she ate them and she's allergic, I didn't know it was so bad, it made her have trouble breathing." I say.

"Oh baby." She says pulling me into a hug.

"Andres just told me to leave, because Lacey was going to want to kick my ass, and he was comforting her. He looked at her with so much love and care." I say. "Love, I don't think so? Care? yes, he has a daughter with the women. She carried his child for nine months but she's also the girl who ran away with his baby, who broke his heart into pieces and didn't look back. You're the girl he's with, he's with you Janel. He said he was in it with you." She says.

"I found a ring in his drawer, and a letter. It was supposed to be for her. He planned on marrying her after high school, and once they were expecting he wanted to do it for sure." I say.

"You're his girl Janell. They are a what if! Don't ruin your relationship with an idea of his past relationship. Don't be my cousin Cass, she let the ghost of Nessa ruin her. It's a what if, not a real deal. You are the real deal." Andy says making me feel better. "Come here." She says pulling me into a hug and comforting me.
