Questoning

Ash's p.o.v.

I have court today again. My mother has been preparing my siblings for anything. Nicolas has been great help. They're a match made in Heaven. Nicolas drives us to the court hearing, mother is in the passenger seat. Andres and Nessa are in the middle and Ash and I are in the back seats.

"You might get asked questions today." I tell Ash. She nods her head.

"We'll be fine, mother prepared us." She says.

"We have the best Lawyers." Nessa adds. Ash and I nod our heads in agreement. Andres is fairly quiet throughout the car ride. He doesn't even chip into our conversation. Andres helps Ness, Ash and I off the car as Nicolas helps mom off the car. Such gentlemen.

"You okay?" I ask Andres as I walk aside him. He looks down and checks my face.

"I'm okay Champ, as soon as this is over for us I'll be better." He places his arm over my shoulder pulling me closer to him. He kisses the top of my head. I can tell something else was bothering him but I didn't want to push it. He would tell me if he feels necessary.

Ash was questioned. After her question she went straight to Nicolas who she hugged and thanked. It makes me happy seeing them. She hugged mom and took a seat with Nessa, Andres and I.

"May Mr.Boldman come up to be questioned." Judge Angela request. He does as told. "Dr.Villa you may proceed with the questions. Dr.Ferron and Children may step out if they don't feel comfortable." She adds says giving me a small smile. Nicolas approaches Fernando with "Mr.Boldman state your name, date of birth and children."

"Fernando Andres Boldman, Born June 25, 1977. My first born Vanessa in 1997, Andres in 1998, Ashton and Astrid in 2000 and Marissa in 2013." He says.

"When did your relationship with Ms.Mcalister begin?" Nicolas asks.

"When I was still married to Victoria." Fernando says.

"What type of father are you?" Nicolas asks.

"I'm an okay dad. I look after my daughter." He says.

"Your honor that's all for now." Nicolas says. She lets Fernando go back.

"Your honor may I question Ashton?" Dr.Smith asks. He's good friend from collage with Fernando.

"Yes." She says. I go up to get questioned.

"Ashton describe your relationship with your father?" Dr.Smith says.

"He helped my mother bring me to this other than that there isn't anything." I say.

"How's your relationship with your mother?" He asks making me smile.

"We're beat friends, I trust her and I can come to her with any problem or questions. She's the most wonderful mother I could ask for. She guides me but lets me do my own mistakes so I can learn from them." I say.

"Are you dating someone?" He asks.

"Yes, he's great." I say.

"How's the relationship?" He asks.

"It's great, he respects me. He pushes me to do better and reads books with me." I say smiling.

"Your relationship with your siblings?" He questions.

"Nessa is a great big sister. She's trust worthy and she likes to baby me. I can go to her if anything, we have a great relationship. Andres is protective but lets me live. He's the best only brother I have. I can go to him if anything. Astrid is the best, she's my twin. We shared a womb, she's my best friend. She's my blood and I can trust her with everything." I say.

"Did you tell Astrid about how you found out Mr.Boldman was cheating?" He questions.

"No I didn't reason being I didn't want her have that in graved in her memory and hate him as much as I do." I say honestly.

"Thank you Ms.Ferron that's all." He looks at your honor. "Thank your honor." He says.

"This is all for today." The judge announces. I make my way to my family. Nicolas picks up his paper work and we leave.
