One week later
Nessa p.o.v.
"Ms.Fereon we have Mr.Rios, do I let him in?" Ms.Anderson asks.
"Send him in." I say into the phone. Minutes later Sebs walks in. "I don't recall us having an appointment." I say.
"That's because we don't. We have a problem." He says.
"Work?" I ask. He shakes his head.
"Business we're good. I'm hungry and I don't have anyone to eat with." He says.
"Come on Sebs are you serious?" I ask trying not to laugh.
"You has to admit it's funny. What do you say? Me, you and an amazing lunch?" He asks.
"Fine but I'm paying for my own food." I say.
"Okay." He says. We walk down to his car and we decided on Andy's place. "So Andres and Janell?" He asks.
"She's a nice girl. I like her a lot more than I liked any of his other girlfriends." I say and then I remember Beth dated Andres. "I um, I'm sorry." I say.
"It's fine. Beth is your friend and she's my sister. She kind of did use your brother." He says.
"Yeah I told his dumbass but he didn't listen." I say shaking my head. "Janells different, she's independent and wild." I add.
"Andres told me, he tells me about the dates. I think this one is serious." He says.
"I think so too." I smile.
"So what's up with Ash and the Derek boy?" He asks as we get off the car.
"They're dating. He's really into her, it's cute. He'll sit in the library for hours waiting for her to decide on books. She cheers for him at the football games." I say as we walk into the restaurant.
"So like us?" He says.
"Sebs." I warn.
"It was a joke." He says. We order our food. We talk some more. We're eating and joking around. My phone begins to go off. I check, it's Mike. "I need to get this." I tell Sebs.
"Hey babe." I answer.
"Hey babe." He greets. "I just wanted to check and tell you I'm alive and that I love and miss you." He says.
"I love and miss you too." I say. "When are you coming back?" I ask.
"For Christmas break. I need to go because I need to call my family. I'll see you soon." He says.
"I'll see you soon." I say and he hangs up.
"The boyfriend?" He asks. I nod my head. "Where is he?" He asks.
"He's doing a photography program." I say.
"Nice. Didn't know he was into photography." He says.
"He is. He's really good at it. He has a camera every time he travels." I say.
"You guys travel often?" He asks.
"Not as much as we'd liked to." I say. He nods his head. We talk and finish up our food.
"So I think you heard of Cass and I." Sebs say once we're in the car.
"That you guys broke up?" I ask.
"Yeah and that she's pregnant and she thinks it's mine but she isn't sure." He says. It's weird he might be a dad.
"You might be a dad." I say. "What if the baby's yours?" I ask.
"Then I'm be a dad and I'm be the best dad I can be." He says.
"Do you want the baby to be yours?" I ask.
"I don't know Vanessa." He says lost.
"If the baby's yours, you're going to be a great dad. I know so." I say.
"We should get going." He says and pulls out of the parking lot. The drive to my grandpas work is quiet. He drops me off and makes sure I make inside the company and then drives off.
"I've been looking for you." I hear once I enter my office.
"Andres." I smile. "What a surprise." I say.
"Yeah, I know I don't usually come to your work but I need help." He says .
"What is it?" I ask.
"Cass slept with Scott." He says.
"What?" I ask.
"Scott, Sebs brother slept with Cassandra while her and Sebs were together." He says.
"This can't be." I say. He nods his head. "Oh my, Sebs is going to loose it." I says. He nods his head. "Have you told him?" I ask. He shakes his head.
"Do you really want me to be the one telling him his brother slept with his ex who's maybe expecting his kid." He says making sound crazy.
"Andres you have to. He's your friend." I say.
"He's yours too. He's also an ex boyfriend you hold dear to your heart." He says.
"Yes but I didn't see it." I say.
"Scott's a real asshole, he tried getting at our Ash." He says.
"I know, but it didn't work because Ash saw through it." I smile.
"Smart girl" Andres smiles proudly.
"Now we seriously need to tell Sebs." He says.
"I can't. It will look like a crazy ex girlfriend who's still in love with him." I say.
"Are you?" He asks.
"Not the point." I say avoiding the questions. "So what are we going to do?" I ask.
"You didn't deny it." He points out.
"I truly care for him." I say.
"I'll tell him and I'll probably need you there with me." He says.
"I can't. I have a thing with mama." I say.
"Fine I'll do it alone, tonight. If things get messy I'm calling you." He says. I nod my head.
